Walked out with a $30 activation fee on my Visa, a New Internet box, 3 extra new phone lines, some extra channels/apps I knew nothing about be told my new monthly payment would be $130 ??? Later that evening I looked at my Verizon app to see next estimated payment which was $371 not to mention the $30 I'd put on the Visa!! Never given a receipt for any of it After speaking with Verizon and got it straightened out, $93 monthly payment for internet & 1 phone that's all I wanted. Tried to return box and refund for activation, due to no receipt = no refund so I contacted visa and disputing this Charge. BE CAREFUL THERE BRADLEY

Aimee was sweet, but she (without my knowledge or signature) signed me up for a monthly protection plan, plus netflix and Disney plus. She said my service fee for Sunday was $30. Np, I do not mind paying for a service to fix my phone. I'm disgusted that I spent over an hr and a half on the phone trying to correct her mistakes with the other issues. I already have both apps with comcast. I would never approve this. I'll rldrive to chico. Extra star bc she was nice. But she needs to learn not to add monthly service charges without customer approval.
