  My daddyyy & I came into today & Kary was so helpful towards us she went above & beyond to meet our expectations of getting us the phone we really wanted & we were even able to keep our phone number without having to update anything i was guided to backup my gmail & keep all of my existing contacts along with my photos etc. Thank You Kary!!

  Came in yesterday to BUY A NEW PHONE CASH wasn't helped until I cleared my throat then instead of walking over to me to see if I needed assistance the young girl representative continued her dinner with her customers still sat there looked up then asked me if I had questions.. it look like she was having dinner with her family everybody was well spread out with food and drinks. Completely and totally unprofessional. I came in spend at least 5 to $600. She proceeded to tell me that she was already with somebody and it was going to take a while so trying to shoo me off so I would leave but I really wanted to buy the phone that I needed and had time off from work that day to do so. My normal hours at the office generally end at about 8pm so they are closed. So I stayed for a short time. She then proceeded to tell me that it was going to take a while and that she was going to be with them for a while and I told her that's fine I just I need to upgrade my phone and I have questions before I do so. She asked me what kind of phone when I was already looking at the phone that I was going to buy. When I told her the phone she then walked over to me and said so that phone is 400 dollars. I was like okay not a problem I'd like to proceed she made it seem like it was a problem for me to pay $400....which was insulting.The whole interaction was weird and very uncomfortable and unwelcoming. She then she sat down proceeded to eat her dinner while she was on the phone with somebody again everybody was eating at her desk. I feel like I was walking into somebody's house instead of a place to purchase phones. Then she got on the phone and started to talk to her representative at another store she was telling her I don't know how to upgrade phones I don't know how to do this it basically seemed like the girl didn't want to work, I mean she was already having dinner we were obviously interrupting it. I only have certain time where I can do personal things for myself after work and that's why I didn't want to come back the next day. A gentleman walked in after me with somebody who I think he needed to find new phone as well and she tried to shoo him and her off saying that she was going to be with her customers for a while I then asked her said are you guys closing or what's going on I mentioned to her that I noticed that it looked like her family came and they were all having dinner and she said oh my customers yeah they brought me food. I mean if this is what u allow lol. Wow!. Then the gentleman needed assistance and kept trying to get her to WORK and help her and he was asking her like I need help I need to have questions and she kept saying well I'm going to be with them for a while so I can help you pay your bill but you're going to have to wait I guess for her and her family to finish dinner or whatever the case. He kept insisting that she helped him and he got frustrated and then he was like nah come back tomorrow and he left and then she goes okay bye all condescending like she didn't care she helped him and wanted him to go. Irregardless if "your customers" brought you food or not that's still unprofessional to all sit down at a table like you're at home having dinner together it was just a very weird experience and unfortunately it has deterred me from purchasing anything at this location. We need to STOP hiring YOUNG people that do not want to work and they do not know the definition of multitasking. It's unfortunate experience and I will be taking my funds elsewhere. The store due to that representative deserves zero Stars. If they get commission she will not get any of my money for her commission cuz she does not deserve commission let alone her job. Buyers beware.
