Cameron at Verizon knows his business and how to get you connected! It’s worth going out of your way for to deal with them specifically. Cameron & his boss got my business wireless, fiber internet up and running for the lowest cost, so fast! This is just where I go now because I know I’m getting the best of everything.

Extremely disappointing experience at the Verizon store in Palo Alto.
The employee we spoke with showed absolutely no interest in helping us. There was no effort to explain plans, no guidance, and no attempt to assist with our number transfer.
It was clear that they did not care about customers or about doing their job properly. We were not treated like potential customers at all.
For a major company like Verizon, this level of indifference is unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this location.
