There was no effort to explain plans, no guidance, and no attempt to assist with our number transfer. It was clear that they did not care about customers or about doing their job properly. We were not treated like potential customers at all. For a major company like Verizon, this level of indifference is unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this location.
