Purchased a new phone here and they gave me a decent price since I was trading in my old phone. They told me I had 60 days to return my old phone and I thought that was great and that I would take my time wiping it and bringing it back. But then on my bill, I saw they were charging me monthly payments for the new phone, and that those would not be refundable when I returned my phone. But they never told me that and just left me thinking that I had 60 days to turn in my phone without any extra charge.

Do not go to this store.! Not a corporate store. I tried to purchase 2 phones was quoted a whole other price for the phones on top of the taxes they charged me some 10$ fee and some other 40$ they couldn’t even explain what it was for. I contacted Verizon they told me that is incorrect I should not be charged I should only be paying for taxes on the phone. So instead of pay 120 for taxes they tried charging me 160 per phone. As well as the employee their had no clue what he was doing constantly calling the manager and help desk because he had no idea what he was doing. After waiting a month for the phone I order I am now having to wait to transfer to a corporate store. Do not go to this place if I could give it 0 stars I would

While the staff here are incredibly nice, do be careful when going to do a trade in here! I stopped by to do a trade in (without an appointment) so I wasn't really concerned about time. There were three employees there, one of them was helping out one customer at a time, while the other two supervised. I was able to, over the course of about 2 hours, get a new phone set up fairly easily (or so I thought) at the time. As it was a trade in, which both my Verizon account and the guy helping me specified, I assumed that meant they would take the old device back (as has been the case with other times I've done a trade in). I was told I needed to take the device with me, and send it back myself, which I thought was strange, but assumed it wouldn't be an issue. I'm not sure where the miscommunication was, but somehow, this store wiped my phone I was trading in entirely from my Verizon account, to the point where numerous Verizon customer service representatives couldn't find out where the phone had gone on my account, or why the store didn't take it back. It took about a week, but Verizon was finally able to send me a return label to get the old device shipped back to apply the trade in credit. I also had issues with how they set up my eSIM, and had to have Verizon reps again help me by completely wiping my eSIM out, and putting it back on my phone. Overall, not the worst experience I've had at an authorized retailer, but be wary if you're doing a process like a trade in, as this store is NOT a true Verizon store!

Arian is absolutely incredible. He was so patient and determined to help me sort out my phone. He worked well past store closing hours and even offered to come back on his day off. I watched him give the same amount of commitment to every customer before me as well even though it was a long line of us and he was working alone. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely the best customer service ive ever had at verizon over the last 10 years.
