  Mas que una mala gestión en la atención al cliente podría decir que parece tener una política de enfoque según tu apariencia, desde la primera vez que fui a esta tienda me pareció que algunos de sus empleados tenían actitudes racistas o xenófobas, te atienden según tu perfil, la primera vez que fui realmente solo estaba mirando y conociendo la tienda, no le di importancia, si no iba a hacer una compra no hay problema que nadie me atienda, por el contraria me sentiría mal si les hago perder tiempo, luego volví a hacer mi primer compra y efectivamente se repitió el patrón, estuve en una mesa por un par de minutos esperando que alguien me atendiera y no recibí asistencia, lo curioso es que veía como algunos empleados se desocuparon y aun así preferían atender o preguntarle a personas que acababan de llegar, esto me molesto bastante y decidí cancelar mi compra. realmente había pensado no volver allí pero es el apple mas cerca a mi casa, decidí volver una vez mas, tal vez mi suerte seria diferente, solo que esta vez ya había ordenado mi iPhone en linea, solo quería recogerlo, aunque se demoraron nuevamente en atenderme la persona que me atendió ese día fue muy amable he hizo la experiencia buena, he vuelto una vez más y hoy ha sido la peor de todas, nuevamente me ignoraron en repetidas ocasiones, cuando pensé que ya seria mi turno se acerco un asesor a atender personas que acaban de entrar a la tienda mientras yo ya llevaba casi 10 minutos, no hay problema, hay días mas ocupados que otros pero no cae mal preguntar quien ha llegado primero si tienes tres clientes en el mismo lugar, ademas para recoger mi equipo de mas de 3k usd no pidieron ni mi nombre, simplemente con el código qr cualquier persona podría recoger tu equipo, lamentablemente no volveré a esta tienda porque considero que tienen un patrón muy marcado de preferencia según las apariencias, para aquellos empleados que hacen bien su trabajo, muchas gracias.

  BLUF: The flagship store. Expect a wide selection and very crowded and very busy sales staff. PRO: Extensive Apple products, selection. convenient, beautiful and well-lit location. Helpful staff. CON: Busy and hurried sales staff.

  For TLDR; Awesome experience from apple for iPhone 14 Pro battery replacement. Had an appointment on Mar 21 2026 for a battery replacement on my iPhone 14 Pro at 2:55 PM and arrived late by 15 mins at 3:10 PM and my appointment got auto cancelled... Despite this the technicians were able to accommodate me within next half hour with a new appointment without any hesitation. The entire process was smooth and as described. Few diagnostics tests by the technician, discussion on the liability of data loss (even though they don't anticipate it in normal battery replacements), few questions on the condition of the phone, and some more image captures of all sides of the phone so that the condition before the repair is documented. I was already pleased so far and by 3:55 PM I was given a quoted time of readiness by 5:25 PM (1h 30 mins) which was perfect for me coz I had wandered around the nearby places and also had opportunity of seeing performances by the drummers and other artists. Well by the time I got back at 5:30 PM, I saw that they had already sent me an email at 4:49 PM that the device was ready for pickup and I had missed it so the overall time of repair was less than 1h 10 mins. I had to check with order pickup section and after providing my ID, the technician provided me the device with the replaced battery and it was perfect at 100% capacity with 10% charge due to replacement. The bill came out to be $99 without tax, and $108.03 with taxes. Acknowledged the bill and digitally signed it. Thanks to the technician Jimmy for being attentive and following up with the additional request of cleaning the earpiece and charging port. The device looks pristine and I am satisfied. Would come again if required. So far had a good experience.

  This rating is for Jose at Genius Bar! Jose rocks! He really took the time to answer my questions and figure out what was wrong with my computer (& fixed it efficiently). I am walking out of the store very happy because of Jose.
