  I give this place 5 starts because of the customer service. Every single time I've come here, I have someone come up to me and ask if I need help. So I appreciate that so much. Specially since I'm not that big of a tech person

  Geek Squad is horrible, I went there to deal with a cell phone problem which needed to be replaced and they told me to go to a website instead of actually creating a request to HQ, when I called HQ to inquire about my replacement they told me that the tech at Geek Squad had to do paperwork which they didn't do, they even said that I couldn't access my cellphone data at all when I checked with another tech outside of Best Buy they said that I could and I did through a mouse. They do not know what they're doing or what they're supposed to do. Now I have to go back to the store and deal with this, again! and this back and forth is extremely frustrating, they lack knowledge and professionalism, I highly recommend to not use their services at all.

  I went here the other day to get some head phones. I had to search for someone to help me get them out of the case, not usually a big deal but it seems like none of the workers are paying attention, there was like 4 of us standing there and unless I went and grabbed someone no one would have come over. They improve on this and they will be fine m, otherwise, Amazon is the move.

  Got some racist workers who racially profile and follow you around the store. Like wow. Just off and looking around for some stuff i didn't want to order online. I get asking of you need help but 6 different people within like two minutes and then the follow you around the store like literally not even five geet away from you. Guess they don't wamt peole of Hispanic decent shopping here or something. Like no need to ne all up on someone unless you dont want them there

  We like to walk around and see all the electronics, I like that there are people we can ask questions if needed, but otherwise they don't bother us while browsing.
