This may be the most understaffed Apple Store with the worst customer experience I've ever witnessed personally. There was only 1 Genius working and we waited 2 hours to figure out how to reset a password on my parents' phone (need to call the 1800 number, store not able to help). On the way out of the store, we wanted to buy AirPods Max headphones and a Studio Display. The wait to get someone to pull the headphones from the back was 30 minutes and the wait to talk with another employee to pull the monitor from the back was 2 hours. This is absolutely absurd. Either hire more people, put the product on the shelf with a cashier up front, or be prepared to lose business. We found an identical LG display online with same day delivery for $500 less.
Very unhelpful and combative staff. I came in with a broken phone on vacation and instead of helping and empathizing with my situation, they made it worse and gave me wrong information. Miss the Apple employees who cared vs the ones working in this store
My wife picked the phone she wanted transferred all the data from old phone, made sure she got locked into a monthly service plan only to be told they did not have that color phone in stock. Apple service has been going down hill ever since they focused more on their high profit margin subscription biz model.

Unfortunately, my brother in law and I had a subpar experience here. The initial greeter was friendly , Genius Bar expert was fine although couldn’t help with everything. The sales associate was a bit dismissive when discussing a trade in.
We felt there needs to be a more streamline service . Also, getting an appointment was extremely difficult.
Great location. Management needs to be improved.

Maggie was wonderful! Best customer service ever!
My mom has taken a really long time to transfer the information from her old phone to her new one because different stores pushed her off and told her it would take too long. She's not very tech-savvy, and in the absence of guidance from a technician, it never got done. This weekend, while traveling, her old phone broke, and we rushed to the nearest Apple store. Everyone in the store was kind, but Maggie was amazing! She helped my mom solve her phone issues, worked with my dad's many questions about the new update, and finally helped my mom transfer all of her data over! She was so kind and patient, and worked with 3 to 4 other customers at the same time! This experience is usually very challenging and stress-inducing for my parents, but Maggie was so patient and made it so easy! We are so grateful for her!
