  Brit was awesome! Me and my wife had quite a few inquiries about some of the devises we were planning on buying. Brit took her time to answer every single one of them. She really helped us make a well informed decision. Solid employee, we need more people like her out in the world. Deegan was also very generous in welcoming us in. Solid team!

  This place is absolutely disgusting They are slow They never have anything in stock. They say five business days and it takes 10 they never made the timelines. The employees are chatting with themselves instead of checking you in that people waiting while the employees are having full-blown conversations like they’re in the living room. I have to wait an hour after my phone was ready because nobody cares to bring the phone to me and it was not busy at all. There were three people they took my phone. They said they Will fix it in two hours. It took eight hours and when I went to pick it up, they told me oh it wasn’t fixable. We need to wait for the replacement because we don’t have anything in stock and that’s why you have my phone for eight hours to tell me that there’s nothing you can do? These people I absolutely shameless No practical they make everything difficult than it is

  I'd rather have the pleasure of an AI serve me today. The ignorant and useless counter jumper was rude, not helpful and once he worked out what i was asking for help with, his reply was "oh, they are in there behind those ones" and walked off, leaving me to reach in behind display cases and retrieve the object myself... will order online from now on.
