  First, I was thoroughly impressed with the assistance I got in choosing the right computer to fit my needs. Then, when I needed help with a scanner that was not being recognized, I called the Geek Squad, and they not only remotely updated the drivers remotely, but also set it so I could easily print on another computer in the house, AND took care of a new printer which had always been in "error" mode since I moved it home from my business. All remotely, and I have never been happier with any services I have received regarding computers! I cannot speak highly enough about them! GREAT JOB! I know just where to go if there's a next time.
