  Three hour visit. No, and I mean ZERO smiles. Came in for a new phone, they said it wasn't in stock. At the end of our visit, two ppl came in and got two of the phone I wanted one of. She said oh it must of been in order to the store. Funny, bc she literally just told me that wasn't possible for us. And the guy belong the other couple told me they just got some in. Horrible waste of time, customer service, and like others have stated, they disappear forever in the back. Except when she went to go "check inventory." She was gone for 2 minutes.

  DO NOT go here. They are shady, took a full value trade in, confirmed it’s value then CHANGED IT after we left and they were closing. We conducted everything through the app to make it as quick as possible. We were helped by Christian who looked over our account, took the trade in and confirmed it would cover the $830 on the trade in. When we got home, I receive an email that the phone is valued at $85 with no explanation. This is definitely shady & a scam ! I would stay away from this location at all costs.

  Memo was awesome! We came in and had to update our plan and phones, and Memo went above and beyond to help us! 2 other people told us the phones we wanted were out of stock, Memo double checked and found the phones in back! He was patient, kind, and super helpful!

  Terrible customer service. We arrived to buy a new phone at 6pm. Store closes at 8pm. We were told it would be an hour until they could get to us. Only 3 customers in store with 3 Verizon employees. We decided to go to eat and come back. 45 minutes later, waited another 15 minutes until we were helped. 1 customer in store at this time. Each time the rep went to the back of the store he was gone 20 minutes. "I'll print a quote" = 20 minutes. "I'll check if we have this phone" = 20 minutes. "Let me grab that phone case" = 20 minutes. By then it had been 2 hours since we arrived. They said there was no time to transfer the old phone to the new phone because the store was closing and we need to come back tomorrow. Gave up, transferred everything myself. Very frustrating experience. It's so odd that companies don't realize that we are tying to give them money. Avoid this store if you can.

  All I want to do is make an appointment to help transferring information into my new iPhone 16 from my old phone. But the answering machine just keeps asking me all these questions instead…..why is this so difficult???
