- EFEdd FerrellNov 15, 20251.0Terrible customer service. We arrived to buy a new phone at 6pm. Store closes at 8pm. We were told it would be an hour until they could get to us. Only 3 customers in store with 3 Verizon employees. We decided to go to eat and come back. 45 minutes later, waited another 15 minutes until we were helped. 1 customer in store at this time. Each time the rep went to the back of the store he was gone 20 minutes. "I'll print a quote" = 20 minutes. "I'll check if we have this phone" = 20 minutes. "Let me grab that phone case" = 20 minutes. By then it had been 2 hours since we arrived. They said there was no time to transfer the old phone to the new phone because the store was closing and we need to come back tomorrow. Gave up, transferred everything myself. Very frustrating experience. It's so odd that companies don't realize that we are tying to give them money. Avoid this store if you can.

I’ve been inside the store for 10-15 minutes and not one single employee had said, “hello” “we will be right with you” or anything. Ventura location is much better at helping customers immediately. Employee has passed me multiple times and no recognition.
