    Only giving them 1 star because I have to for posting a review. Chased me out to go through online network because didn't want to deal with my problems. Didn't even try to see what was going on after I made a trip down to the store. My phone had a limiter set on its settings that stopped data at 5Gig. Online rep walked through the data saver and listened to me when I indicated the issues were something else. She spent 5 min with me in settings and we figured it out. The store rep could have looked at it. If you want to buy a new phone they are probably great. If you have a problem, don't waste your time. They can't help.

    New customer only 1 week and experience is bad .Horrible customer service I come off of work tired and there was know friendly or urgency towards me .already a pain to drive after work just for this type of service is a complete joke. The lady had an attitude that I tried my best to to ignore.almost got rejected service because my cell number wasn't a Verizon number and I kept telling her my internet is tied down to a number Verizon gave me when I purasched ..after she said 1 customer was ahead of me and told me to wait so i waited patiently.. she served 2 other customers after she said that ..I left just wasted my time ..made me feel like I was not important...I purchased home Internet and I've been having latency issues every day calling tech support who themselves can't fix ..finally the 3rd day I called the tech made an appointment to that location ..only to show up to that attitude and say that my reservation was at 5 an hour late and I explained I get off of work at 5:30 I'm returning my internet back this isn't the type of service I want tech support and in person are no help .no one can help a new customer I can't imagine having this for years and needing help every time what a headache .

    Three hour visit. No, and I mean ZERO smiles. Came in for a new phone, they said it wasn't in stock. At the end of our visit, two ppl came in and got two of the phone I wanted one of. She said oh it must of been in order to the store. Funny, bc she literally just told me that wasn't possible for us. And the guy belong the other couple told me they just got some in. Horrible waste of time, customer service, and like others have stated, they disappear forever in the back. Except when she went to go "check inventory." She was gone for 2 minutes.

    DO NOT go here. They are shady, took a full value trade in, confirmed it’s value then CHANGED IT after we left and they were closing. We conducted everything through the app to make it as quick as possible. We were helped by Christian who looked over our account, took the trade in and confirmed it would cover the $830 on the trade in. When we got home, I receive an email that the phone is valued at $85 with no explanation. This is definitely shady & a scam ! I would stay away from this location at all costs.
