- ACAmanda C.Jan 2, 20262.0Went there as I kept getting "no carrier service. " Have had Total W for 10 days about & it's been shit. No WI FI calls are always "your breaking up" so the other person just gets.bits & pieces of what I want to say. I hear them fine. The female changed the Sim card out said I should have service now. Tried to sign up through T.W. agent on phone who handles both programs. Life line & regular T.W. He needed an alternate tel no while he set up my phone on the life line program w/T.W. Can u believe that this outfit doesnt even have an "office phone" to use to set up phones with. He told her he is with T.w. & why he needs to be connected while he shuts off then restarts my phone on their service. "No go" Herr. So much for customer service. When I'm still "can you hear me now" when he's asking if I'm still there, that I'm still breaking up, tells me to go back to boost (or Cricket) than these clowns. 2 stars for at least taking time to change out the Sim card. Don't know if it's cos I don't speaka Standish that they aren't the friendly is bunch but guess it's better to go w/ a track record of Service Safe link, than an outfit who has still to iron out the kink$ after only a year in business.
