- MMMaritzaSep 25, 20251.0Are they paying customers to give 5 star reviews? I came to get info for an upgrade and Google took me to this location am assuming due to high ratings. FALSE! Worst customer service ever. The two girls were too busy on phones and having their own conversation. They told me they didn't have the phone in stock, when I asked if they knew of other stores that might. They said they didn't know for me to call and ask, but not to go to the other two stores at savers because they were the same and they were not going to have it. After they looked at each other an began to laugh! I ended up going to the one next to pizza because why not, and the girl who assisted me was very helpful and offered to either order it to get shipped in store or to get it shipped to me. I needed the phone asap due to mine not working so she suggested to purchase at apple and to come back to activate with her. PLEASE DONT BE FOOLED BY THESE 5 STAR RATINGS!
