I was standing for over 15 minutes for someone to come by and assist me. Employees were walking by. Did not bother to ask me if i needed anything. Walked out very disappointed. To the location manager. As a management person myself. You gotta work with your team to be more enthusiastic in their roles..

You have to be a member to 'earn' a 60-day return period? I have an account and they are likely selling all of my data in that account, but I can't return a screen protector I bought a month ago? Not even store credit? Why support a large corporation when they lack the things that usually come with stores of that caliber ? Shame.
