Customer service was top notch. But when buying a new phone, the process is a lengthy one. I was there for 2 1/2 hours with no wait time. So I'm suggesting that you get more comfortable seating. There is also no leg room by the desks. My body was aching throughout the whole process on those stylish but very uncomfortable hard wood plank stools. I compared it to purchasing a car, they make you comfortable.

Very disappointed with so many aspects of our experience with Tyler and Bianca. Our first visit where we switched to Verizon was actually pleasant initially. Tyler was funny and it all made sense at first.
Predatory sales tactics led us to taking a 30 day trial business internet. Tyler offered it so many times, after we said no thank you. "Free for 30 days, and return it, no hassle, it'll definitely work for you."
After him asking repeatedly, we thought you know what, we will try it, give you the commission win and if it doesnt work, we'll drop it off. Easy peasy.
Turns out that it did not work well (strange that our Verizon Hotspot works great, but the Verizon business wifi was so laggy) so we tried to bring it back about two weeks after recieving it. We were then told we couldn't return it to the store. On 3 separate attempts. The device payment needed to come off our bill before they could accept the device back. Finally on literally the last of the 30 days, we brought it back and they were able to return it. Still paid a few bucks somehow for it.
Then onto the phones.. we were told we could lower our cell bill and have better service. Beautiful. ATT was $150ish for 2 lines prior to switching and we pay $350ish for 4 with Verizon.
Which brings us to these 4 lines. We got "free" phones, that we were then told technically aren't free, but we would be getting credits that would make it so we didn't have a phone bill for 3 months. Ooook cool. A few other odds and ends with screen protectors and cases. We paid nearly $1000 upfront.
Unfortunately having all 4 lines ended up not being necessary for several reasons, so we asked to return them. Initially, we were told "Sure, but you can't return them without the boxes."
Thankfully we kept them! Drove 50 minutes home, FOUND the boxes, drove 50 minutes back to which we were informed that there will be extra charges to return the phones. Like $450 per phone to return! I dont know why they didn't disclose that when they told us we needed the boxes.
We've called, gone in, tried calling the main line (which was a nightmare, but we were told by the lady that it takes a few months to show credits? Not according to Tyler, it should have been right away.)
After just checking our bill and balance, it looks like we finally are seeing the credits, that equate to $600.
Our bill is $350 for 4 phones; 2 we dont even use and the service coverage is HORRIBLE where we live. We decided to switch because ATT and Verizon are the two main name companies where we live. We had our ATT phones with mobile Hotspot and a Hotspot through Verizon for school. ATT gets service up and down the mountain, while Verizon only gets service in a couple small spots and at our home.
Very disappointed, frustrated, all the annoyed synonyms. 😒
I would definitely not recommend this location or Verizon in general for a service provider, especially if you live in the foothills.

Lupe was knowledgeable and friendly. Got into some great deals. Transferred my phone at home and setup was relatively easy. The WiFi you can connect to as a guest is lagging. It made it difficult to get to the next screen and next step. The store should have a business number, but I can look past it with Lupe’s job. He was a pleasure to make a deal with. If you’re in doubt, just head to the store.
