I worked with Dante he helped me get into a new phone because the one I had at the time was completely destroyed! I walked in without a phone, and walked out with a brand new one with all of my contacts and pictures. Dante made me feel welcomed and it felt like I was talking to an old friend. Highly recommend this store. Good time and good people.

I was charged $10 for a remaining phone balance when I didn’t even have a phone, and $40 to “set up” my phone. When they asked if I wanted help setting it up, they never disclosed there would be an additional charge. They also signed me up for a phone warranty I did not want or authorize. When I went back to the store to complain, I was told this warranty would be credited as “free for 3 months” by Verizon. I have since confirmed with Verizon that my account is NOT being credited, meaning what I was told in-store was false. I was also not provided a receipt during my original visit. I had to return to the store and then wait over 40 minutes just to receive one because the employee was busy with another customer. The manager took my name and phone number when I requested refunds for the extra charges, but nothing has been resolved. I have yet to hear from her, and it’s been two weeks. This experience felt deceptive and unprofessional. I strongly recommend reviewing every charge carefully and not trusting verbal promises made at this location.
