  This Verizon store is the worst. I went in to get a phone. I needed the phone for a couple months only because I was traveling. I went in the sales guy said no problem. The phone it's on us because you are transferring to us. You are able to cancel any time. Well at the end it was all lies, now I have a bill of more than 1,000 dollars. I called and they said is the phone that I need to pay. The phone was a terrible phone. The service the worst. I had to be looking for services at work, outside, any place no service... this people people are not honest. They lie just to make a sale... verizon is the worst.

  I have come back to this location over a dozen times in hopes something has changed with their customer service. I am beyond disappointed in the lack of care and desires to help me. The impatient employee told me I needed to do a pay off on my phone and walked away, sat down and chatted with another employee. I pay an abundance of money monthly to this service and it might be time to look elsewhere. Sadly, A 18+ year customer

  I probably just had one of the worst experiences here. Waited for 40 ish min with no one willing to even chat with me other than “checking me in”. There were 7 or 8 people working but from what they said before I decided to walk out only 2 “agents” working today. Whoever manages this place really needs help understanding customer service. They all either look at their tables / phones or hide in this side back room. I’m blown away of how poor of an experience I’ve had today. There were multiple customers just wait around the shop while they had no time for us. That’s a picture of 1 customer being helped with three others looking at tablets / phones and the side room they hide in. Crazy

  I don't recommend getting Verizon. Calls are always dropping. Internet is not any better. TMobile is actually better. And Verizon keeps telling me for better service to upgrade to a higher tier. That doesn't make any sense.

  Cesar O was super helpful and had a good knowledge of products and capabilities
