There were 7 or 8 people working but from what they said before I decided to walk out only 2 “agents” working today. Whoever manages this place really needs help understanding customer service. They all either look at their tables / phones or hide in this side back room. I’m blown away of how poor of an experience I’ve had today. There were multiple customers just wait around the shop while they had no time for us. That’s a picture of 1 customer being helped with three others looking at tablets / phones and the side room they hide in. Crazy
