    I have been having connection troubles with my devices 2 almost 3 weeks now. I was helped in the beginning and i felt good about coming in and trying to get help to resolve my sistation.. Only 3 because I felt like I was getting helped but other times when I kept having the same issue and coming in they would act like I was bothering them a little start to help but leave. I was very appreciative of the help and in my situation staying as optomistic and calm as I could but in the end I felt like I was being pushed out when I was gathering my things and felt defeated.

    My iphone wasn’t charging because it said there was water in the USB port. Amy helped me perform a soft reset and the problem was fixed! Extremely extremely helpful

    Wrongful lost phone charge, Asurion said it was a Verizon mistake. Verizon applied credit, but has not been reflected on account for a week/phone shut off 4 days ago. This service is a joke. Waiting on their system. It’s crazy how they leave you completely stranded like this well. I’ve been paying my phone payment the same day for the last two years. The last time I paid my phone bill extra early they tried to charge me twice and said it was their mistake. This business is shady and inconsiderate.

    The salesman at this location did not explain fully disclose the charges that would be part of the phone. Despite being asked many times over what was the catch. He even started to get upset with my questions. We went ahead even though my gut told me there was something not right. As it turns out my gut was right and we got jacked!!!! Stay away from them.
