  My Vonchie was seen Yesterday I bought the pet club care which saved me so much money he had bloodwork and X-ray and all his current vaccinations, We were out of there in an hour plus they sent me home with a year supply of flee and tick medicine. Thank You Niki Manager who set me up with pet club care.

  My Cat's been a patient at VCA Orange for about four years. Prior I tried a lot of different vet clinics with mixed results. I've been happy with the service and care provided for my cat here. I think a lot of comments take things too personally as some staff may talk or engage in a no nonsense matter of fact style. Yes it can be a little jarring at first but at the end of the day they have provided excellent treatment and care for my pet in my experience. Besides regular care and exams my cat also needed surgery for a mass removal. Everyone involved was a pro. One staff member was not comfortable doing it so it was rescheduled with a different staff member. Honestly that's what you want when someone knows their current limits, I appreciated the honestly as they were less experienced for this type of job, I know they will get there eventually though. But you want staff that will defer rather than just do a job because it's presented. The other staff, Dr. Lee handled the surgery very well and kept me updated. My cat healed well and they did a great job. I feel overall this is an excellent animal hospital.

  The staff and the vet were all fine, the biggest issue I had with this office was the process they have. I have been to multiples vets and emergency vets in the past and not once have I ever been separated from my pet for the ENTIRE visit. They took my cat from me from the moment we walked in and I didn’t see him again until I swiped my card to pay for the visit. I waited over 5 hours at this office without being able to be with my cat once, and I understand emergency vets can be busy, but they should rethink the process of separating pets from their owners during this stressful time. It seriously felt like they were holding my cat hostage until the payment went through

  I have been coming here for 4-5 years now and I have had nothing but good experiences here. I see some negative reviews ,I dont know both sides but i have never been charged for anything unnecessary because i ask questions and ask them to remove things that i know isnt necessary for my dog. Think about it they are going to give you everything your animal could need its our job as owners to ask questions and make a competent decision on what should be done and shouldn't. its not up to them its up to you they just give you all of your options and educate you. yes they are pricey but i have confidence in there doctors and staff that my dog is in good hands. If you have an issue , speak with the manager Nikki she is awesome educated and has the very best interest for you and your pet. How do I know? Because she recommended me to talk to a specialist when they could have just went along with a $1,200 procedure that could possibly risk my dogs life .That she provided me with ther contact info. and said im here if you need to talk, info anything. my heart sunk after the news. But there is more, after I did some research on these great doctors booked appointments for multiple opinions.I needed time you process everything to make a wise decision. I felt i needed to really educate myself more on the whole complication with the dental i needed for my healthy happy dog that he really does need so he can stay happy and healthy. I needed to educate and know all the facts everything to make a compatant desision before i speak with these specialist. I just dropped by and ask if Nikki was available to speak with me. She took 2 hours of her time for FREE even went passed closing about an hour to educate me and show every single option idea plan of action that her and the doctors and her personal vet sergon friend advice and expertise had come up with they just went above and beyond. she did not rush me or make me feel as if i was wasting there time. she was genuine and compassionate NOT MONEY HUNGRY like people are saying. If they were money hungry. they wouldn't reccomend a specialist even if it compromised my dogs life. she went over cost if i choose to go with them over the specialist that she recommended and everything was ligit. yes pricey but you know what. Ther is things on the estimate that will most likley be lowerd or removed but they need to put the worst case scenario for you to be informed. its an estimate not final and you are in charge of saying i agree or not . Like i said if you have an issue ask for the manager so she can educate you and go over everything. She earned my trust and i have complete faith in DR VOLL ,DR LEE and Nikki That my dog is in the very best hands and they will do everything in there power to do what is very best with the upmost integrity and compassion. So i choose them instead of a specialist because i believe in them and there plan . They are going to be rock stars and Tedo and I are lucky to have them as a team to take this on with confidence. Thank you Nikki for everything Im immensely grateful it means more then you wil know. You are seriously amazing. Sasha, she was amazing 2 years ago i was having a procedure done on my dog I was so emotional and didnt know if i was making the right decision she spoke with me for I dont know 30 minutes calming me down because i was devastated and was about to make a very very difficult decision she talked me through it from a human to a human for FREE not money hungry ,like people keep saying. she isnt a doctor but she is a person and so am i and she just talked to me about it and educated me with the knowlage she knew . she informed me and educated me about the doctor. witch, then i was more confident and went to see multiple doctors here to get educated and I did research. They dont just do this surgery for anyone they made sure it was the right decision they didnt just take my money and say yep ok what ever you want.   I have used them twice for boarding with an older dog and they have been great. I would highly recommend them again and will continue to use them for any boarding needs.
