Definitely making it the spot for our pups. Gave us estimates for everything we asked. So informing as well as we are new to being puppy parents. The place smelled clean.

The reception staff and the assistant that initially saw my cat were very nice, but the actual doctor that saw us was incredibly sterile. She made zero effort to even pretend that she cared about us. She literally only touched my cat's coat once (to check for fleas...not to pet/comfort, even though he was clearly scared), tried to upsell us on additional blood work and extra shots, and seemed irritated that I wasn't willing to immediately go ahead with hundreds of dollars of unnecessary services/tests. She didn't even give him his vaccination herself, but sent her assistant back in afterward. Not impressed at all. We won't be going back. 1 star for her staff.
