- DDDCDec 13, 20131.0I bought a new computer from Best Buy and a new graphics card about a week later. At first the graphics card didn't work at all. I asked the computer manager about it and he recommended the Geek Squad up front. I go up there to ask them a simple question about how to get my computer to recognize the new graphics card. The simple explanation would have taken less than 2 minutes but they wanted to charge me $200 for Geek Squad tech support. I know this would have taken less than 2 minutes because I went home disgusted and did a quick internet search and found the information myself. What a rip off
