Problem solved! For 3 years my wi-fi signal would drop on my TV's, even while watching the shows. I switched the provider twice, tried extenders, etc. ATT worked for hours and fixed some other problems, but couldn't maintain wi-fi for 3 weeks. So frustrating! I requested the GS to eliminate an old wi-fi name, because I couldn't do it in settings. GS Nick tried several things. He finally said there must be a hidden source somewhere searching for a connection. I found a forgotten extender buried under papers on the floor but still plugged in! Such a simple solution, but the process of elimination took 3 years. Thank you Geek Squad.

Arranging the appointment was a bit of a hassle, but it was made for the same day and the rest of the experience was excellent. The charge port on my iPhone was no longer connecting to the charge cable. I had the problem previously, but I was able to clean the debris out myself. This time not so. I was convinced that I had damaged it during cleaning attempts and needed a port replacement. The Geek thought perhaps not, so she cleaned it free of charge. Works fine.

They only fix iphones. Can't say much about the service but they were nice in looking and redirecting me to a shop that fixed my phone.
