- RMRuth Moore3 days ago5.0Problem solved! For 3 years my wi-fi signal would drop on my TV's, even while watching the shows. I switched the provider twice, tried extenders, etc. ATT worked for hours and fixed some other problems, but couldn't maintain wi-fi for 3 weeks. So frustrating! I requested the GS to eliminate an old wi-fi name, because I couldn't do it in settings. GS Nick tried several things. He finally said there must be a hidden source somewhere searching for a connection. I found a forgotten extender buried under papers on the floor but still plugged in! Such a simple solution, but the process of elimination took 3 years. Thank you Geek Squad.
