Bought a new iphone and accessories from this location, this store is well stocked with more inventory and products than other locations. The service is good here if you have the right sales rep. For anything cell phone related ask for Steve. He helped with backup and data transfer post purchase. Very friendly and transparent, highly recommended.

I came here to pick up a 360 camera for my company. The Best Buy website and order receipt all stated 1 hour pickup in an absolute way. No maybes, asterisks, disclaimers etc. So I came to this location to pickup and I was treated very dryly by the sales associates and a manager. The manager said I and the person that ordered the camera were wrong and the order will be ready to pickup when ever it's ready and I will be sent an email. I asked when and she said she's can't tell me and to just wait. I told the manager that Best Buy shouldn't be stating that that the order will be ready in an hour then. She didn't care and said that wasn't true. I waited an hour and a half more and left when I got no email. I eventually got an email the next day. So I drove out there showed my email and license to pick up. This clerk was very dry as well and simply handed the box to me with no receipt and no bag and that's it. When I asked for a bag and receipt the clerk gave me a negative smirk said I didn't need a receipt. And she placed a bag on the counter for me to bag the camera myself which I did. When I tried to leave the store the first thing I was asked was for my receipt. I told the guy I tried to get one from pickup and the clerk didn't want to give me one. I was then told I was good and I could go. This place is terrible, very unempathetic, not helpful and truly showed that they don't care about people. They care about money that's for sure.
