Return was denied due to the laptop was not purchased from their location. Their manager Ashley also said there was dust on the laptop fans, which is a blunt lie. Video recorded entire incident. Will upload to Youtube & Reddit for the world to see + file charge back with my credit card company. You must be crazy if you shop here when Micro Center is just down the street.

We also were told it will connect right that way with no issue well that was a lie. We just spent little over 300 and can’t even connect to network. What is even more pathetic once he made the sale he was no where to be found. Best Buy management get better customer service. I don’t plan on returning to this location other than probably to rerun the phone.
