    In Orange visiting from out of town and we needed a headphone jack extender. I was wondering around the headphone isle when Jerry found us and asked if we needed help finding something.     I stopped by to get a new computer and monitor. The staff were very helpful and made sure I had all the parts that I needed. They were also very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Thank you for the help, Bruno!

    Please consider retraining the employees you put at customer service. Bought a ps5 controller online and added insurance to it, I saw that this location had the color I wanted and went to exchange it the next day, same exact controller just a different color. Upon going to customer service, the girl (who already had a bad attitude) said we had to repurchase the insurance, that made no sense to us, but she gave no explanation or reason just kept saying no, I decided to ask one of the employees in the entrance of the store she told me it shouldn't be a problem and let us exchange the controller and transfer the insurance. I will advise anyone to get a 2nd opinion if they encounter the rude customer service girl and she tries giving you a hard time.
