Hands down, It was the best experience for my fur baby. My 7 yr French bulldog has IVDD And had a flareup. They were able to get him quickly and evaluate him. I appreciated that they were not quick to rush to surgery and the neurologist recommended crate rest. 6 weeks and following instructions and he is doing 100% better. The Vet tech’s and overall staff were fantastic. Highly recommend. My boy does not like the vet, but he was giving kisses to the staff. I trust my dog. 🐶 ❤️

I cannot put into words how thankful I am for VCA! Last week I brought my 4.5 month old puppy in after she ingested some leaves of a Sago Palm which are extremely toxic to dogs and can cause liver failure if not treated instantly. I took her in immediately and every single staff member acted with such urgency and care. She ended up needing a 24 hour hospital stay and they were so accommodating of her needs. They sent me home with an extensive medication and diet plan, they also included specific instructions for each medication which I found extremely helpful! Without their immediate care and attention I don't even want to think what her outcome would have been. She needed follow up bloodwork everyday for a few days and every time we came in everyone was so eager to see her and they genuinely cared about her and always asked how she was doing. Days after her last bloodwork I even received a follow up text asking how she was. Every staff member was amazing! Receptionists, Vet Techs, ER Coordinators, Vets, etc! Thank you VCA for saving our baby!!!

As I thought my experience was going great but quickly escalated to the total opposite. My pet was diagnosed with parvo as many know it may be a deadly disease. I informed the staff many times that i’m commuting very far and once it was time to give my dog her medication I noticed her capsules were used and they also kept another medication which is very unfair based on the total amount that was paid at this clinic. I paid $6,000 to get sent home with half of my medications which is totally unacceptable.

DO NOT RECOMMEND !!! Please don’t bring your pets here . I accompanied my younger siblings to bring their dog Canelo here for severe fatigue, trembling, no walking , no appetite all that occurred on that same Thursday . I don’t live with my siblings but I wanted to be there for support . Their dog is an outside dog and had ticks which we understood and took accountability. However , from the moment we walked in they did not take the situation as an emergency. They kept lecturing us about the ticks and kept taking forever to process different invoices and every time they kept pushing the Lyme disease tick test which we specifically said no to. Due to the lack of funds we wanted the full blood test. At the end , they made their own decision and did the tick test which we did not agree on. I didn’t say anything since they kept saying he was stable and to follow up with our primary if he didn’t get better. Today, Saturday we took him to a different veterinarian, from the moment he saw our dog he said it didn’t look well and recommended full blood test. He also laughed at how ridiculous the charge for the tick Lyme test was. He said it was overpriced that he only charges $65 when this place charged us $260. The blood test results came back as severe Pancreatis and said his organs were shutting down because we waited three days. Our dog CANELO passed away today . I just wish I could have advocated harder for my siblings .

We brought our elderly dog to VCA Ontario for a peaceful passing two months ago and they were so incredibly kind, efficient with the pre-paperwork, and provided us plenty of time to say goodbye. From the front desk staff, to the techs, to the veterinarian who administered the medication, we could not have asked for a more supportive, peaceful experience. Thank you VCA.
