There are two employees here, but only one is actually working because the other one disappeared to the back and hasn’t come out since. It seriously makes no sense that a company as big as Verizon only has one person on the floor trying to handle everyone. The guy that’s working is moving super slow, like there’s no urgency at all. People are just standing around waiting, getting frustrated, and no one seems to care. If you’re going to have customers waiting this long, at least have enough staff or show some effort to move things along. This is really poor customer service and a total waste of time. I would give this place zero stars if that were possible. Definitely not coming back to this location again.
