When I asked representatives what do this amount for nobody answered me they simply dont know! They charge activation fees and verizon will also charge you! When I wanted to return devices they said I need to pay 70$ for return but my contract says 35$!!! Finally representative tried to do everything to charge me maximum he could always being on the phone with manager! There is a Verizon office just across the street! Better never come here!!!
