  Trek Vaughn had the bike I wanted listed in stock online so it was the destination I chose to visit. I had visited this location the previous year as I was 'kicking tires' at the time. Overall as good of an experience as you could ask for buying a bike. On both occasions the service was outstanding so it wasn't just my lucky day, seems like it's a standard of service. Peter was helping me this day and provided excellent service by answering my many questions and understanding what my needs were and addressing them professionally. Had me out for a test ride in no time. Zero pressure sales and I was out the door in a timely manner with my new bike. Trek bikes are great quality and have a great after sales service which gives me comfort as the bike ages. I was not asked to provide this review but I was very happy to do so as quality service should be recognized. Great work!

  Professional, friendly, knowledgeable staff; in particular, one technician who suggested a very low-cost fix to a bike issue without pushing to sell a product, even when they could have and I would have been none the wiser.

From the moment I walked in, his commitment to customer service was clear; he truly took his time to ensure every detail was handled with care. Ricky went above and beyond to make sure my bike fit me perfectly, adjusting everything until it felt just right. He also recommended some fantastic accessories that genuinely complemented my setup and patiently answered every single one of my questions with expert knowledge.

  I was very satisfied with my experience. Ricky and Joan were very professional, friendly, and helpful. They took the time to understand my requirements and helped me choose a suitable bicycle, instead of just trying to sell me a bike. That level of care and honesty was very important to me, and it is exactly what I expect from a good sales department. Thank you. I really appreciate your help and excellent customer service.
