    I have nothing but horrible experiences from this location, returned damaged product 2 times and then had to return a 3rd time for a defective soundbar. Everytime I went it took the employees more than 1 hour to do a return. The 3rd time I went back for the soundbar exchange the system crashed again was there for over 30 min.

    Shocking Lack of Support – Zero After-Sales Service – Zero Star To the Best Buy Management Team / Corporate Relations, Expressing my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the complete lack of support I received after purchasing a Segway e-scooter from your Woodbridge store. When the scooter developed a critical brake malfunction within the manufacturer’s warranty period, I naturally returned to Best Buy for assistance. I bought the scooter from you because you are a reputable retailer (what a joke) located near my home. However, instead of standing behind the product you sold me, your staff told me to "deal directly with Segway" and essentially washed your hands of the matter. What is the point of buying from a physical retailer if you refuse to handle the warranty? The simple logic is this: I gave you my money. The sale happened at your register. The product is less than a year old. If there is a defect, you should take the product back, process the claim, and deal with the manufacturer yourselves. That is the service fee I pay for when I buy from a middleman instead of ordering directly from China. By telling me to chase Segway myself, you have made me realize that Best Buy is nothing more than a showroom. You are happy to take my money but refuse to provide the logistical support that justifies your markup. If I have to deal with the manufacturer anyway, why would I ever buy from Best Buy again? I could have saved money buying online. This is a scam. You are selling products with a warranty you have no intention of supporting. I wasted my time driving to your store, only to be told I am on my own. Do better. Honor the products you sell.

    I purchased my home theater system from Best Buy on August 16, 2023, and I had a great experience. The store had a wide selection of electronics, and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful without being pushy. They took the time to answer my questions and helped me choose the right setup for my needs. Nearly three years later, I’m still enjoying my sound system and have been very satisfied with its performance. It’s great to know that the products I purchased have held up so well. Best Buy continues to be one of my go-to places for electronics and tech purchases. Highly recommended!
