Last year we came to got an ipad and we want it to make a finance they told us to scan the barcode and enter our information . We tried at least 5-6 times but it didn't work we asked the employees they said we have to call them even if it's not our fault so we went to another store to buy it. I came today again because ı needed a computer for my school and we want it to make finance we did the same thing and we had the same issue again. The lady at customer service didn't believe us and I entered all my information in front of her and she saw it as well. I'm never coming back because of this ridiculous system
