  Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I don’t know how Best Buy hire such people with this attitude and the reviews on the store talks it self I go to buy a new phone and I wait for 3 hours and every time they say one minute and give me a minute but they never come it’s so embarrassing

  I feel like any time I go here alone staff are all jumping on me to try and sell me as much as they can, but any time I actually have a question I have to go through 10 rounds of walkie talkies before someone comes to talk to me 😅. However, the items they sell have always been in good condition and good quality, and they usually have similar pricing to competitors. Cashiers are always nice, it’s just the tech people who are unnecessarily pushy even after I already say I know what I’m here for. I know they have to approach to begin with as part of their jobs but like…please leave people alone once they ask you to.

  Spent thousands of dollars on a home entertainment system and hundreds of dollars for the Geek Squad to install. Surround Sound didn’t work. Paid for another service call, it literally didn’t work the next day. I have spent almost four hours on the phone, four phone calls to the support line which is nearly impossible to connect with a person. A week later and no solution. They will only come out to fix the problem they didn’t fix that i’ve already paid for, if they charge me another $115, their service fee. Save your time, purchase elsewhere. Frustration level overload unnecessarily. Beyond terrible customer support.
