Okay experience but satisfied with purchase. I walked in yesterday and the workers were having a yap fest. Def not professional if i gotta stand around u awkwardly so I can get some help thats not cool (understandably was a ghost town but still un attentive when I walked in). I had checked online and seen the turtle beach headphones were $20 so i come in and get the headset and ask the worker if it works for pc. She confidently told me no it does NOT work and if i plug in the 3.5mm jack into my laptop it will DEFINITELY not work so she redirects me to the isle of the $100+ equipment🥹not only that I brought my drone to see if I could get help fixing the gimbal, absolutely no help as I saw them have the same drone in stock all I needed was a plastic part. So the young workers clearly don’t really have technical knowledge and I understand there is things out of their control but that pissed me off how a big company like best buy doesn’t have absolutely nothing to repair drones they sell. This is assumption but maybe they didn’t work my drone because it wasn’t bought from them I’m assuming. Finally though I will say I am completely happy with the headphones very good bang for buck multipatform headset . Turtle beach recon 50p

I visited this store after experienced very problematic scheduling issues for in-home tech support. First support call on Jan 5th texted, last-minute, that he would not be coming. I texted a reply, reminding him of the appointment, after which he apologized, and did show.
Second tech call, a week or so ago, was a no-show. I called BB, and they said they' escalate.
Still no show, no call, no follow-up. Finally, I took a cab to the nearest location, waited my turn, only to told to call a number. Then, I demanded immediate refund of my $239.99-plus-taxes annual membership, tapping my cane with each syllable.
Refund issued. Not going back.
