  I'm very happy with the store and sales reps 1 sales rep particularly Eliza blackwood was extremely helpful and spent much time with me helping me unlock this phone that I bought it wasn't through Best buy itself but it has a marketplace seller and she was amazing and very kind and very patient

  Visited Whitby Best Buy July 11th. Looking for help on how to save photos on IPad onto a device. Was helped by a wonderful employee named Harish. Harish explained various options and even took the time to walk me through how to export photos and what to look for on my device so I know the files are being saved. I not only purchased an external storage device but came away knowing exactly how to complete the process myself. Harish was very helpful and polite and definitely had a lot of patience explaining everything to me. Thank you Harish! I don’t normally write reviews but when an employee goes above and beyond it needs to be recognized. Thanks again.

  DO NOT go HERE to the Repair shop. I needed a new charger for a computer. They were unable to help. I found one at Canada Computers in the same plaza. A different port was used to charge the computer. BEST BUY was the WORST BUY.

  Very tentative staff, not just electronics. Got some Lego flower sets as my husband bought a new cell phone.
