  I had an excellent experience at this store, especially thanks to Sally. I had originally purchased a product using Fairstone financing, but after doing some more research, I found another option that was better for me with only a small price difference. I went back to the store and explained everything to Sally, who had also helped me with my original order. Because the purchase was financed, changing the order was not very simple. Sally made several calls, worked through the paperwork, and really went out of her way to make the exchange happen. At one point, I even told her not to worry about it and that I could just keep the original product, but she continued helping me until everything was completed successfully. I was very happy, not only because I got the product I really wanted, but because of the effort Sally put into helping me. She was patient, professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure I was satisfied. The rest of the staff were also very welcoming and helpful from the moment I walked into the store until I left. Thank you, Sally, and thank you to the whole team. I truly appreciate the great customer service and would definitely shop here again.

  Amazing service! The people working were very professional and friendly! I'm not the best with technology so when talking to Mohammed-one of the employees- he explained in a calm and funny tone that was reassuring. He found me a great deal for my Samsung flip phone which I'm very grateful. Highly recommend coming to this store if you're looking for great service!
