Great place to shop , but sometimes you have to look for help as workers are off chatting with other workers. Prices are reasonable .

When did they get ride of the ability to call your local store instead of the company-wide customer service?
Ordered online and was sent the wrong product, unable to talk to any local stores to verify if they have the correct product. Will be trying Canada Computers, Staples, anyone else know any other retailers to buy a laptop from? At this point I’m willing to try almost anyone except Best Buy

Blows my mind on returns. Imagine buying something from the store thats roughly 80$, you buy an extended warranty. The hoops you need to jump through to get your product replaced is actually ridiculous. I have the make a request online so I can have them send me a return label that I need to print off. I dont own a printer, so I need to find a place I can print this off. Then I need to ship it out and wait 3-5+ days for them to send me a prepaid card in the mail so I can go back to the store and purchase another with the prepaid card. What a waste of time and resources.
In response to the "owner" - no thanks. Last time I buy something from your store or any best buy.

I went to drop of a package for Purolator. There was one sales person. The line was extremely long and there was no one assisting him When it was my turn he did scan the QR code and said all good. I asked him to place the shipping label on while was there . He asked me if I can for little bit not sure why as i figured the label gets printed and then put the package. I wanted to make sure it was labeled before i left so i can take photo before I left. The package was being returned to Bell. And i wanted to make sure it was all good so that Bell did not cam back at me. I waited more than 30 minutes for this to happen, when finally he had someone come over and tell me they don't print the shipping label . They are only a drop location. I thought if you accept the QR code that you have access to printing of the shipping label also. I went to a actual Purolator location told them about it and they stated that they should be able to if they can accept the QR code. This location should be noted not to accept the QR code and just be noted as a drop off location. Extremely poor service.

Repeatedly offered a physical protection plan on my new iPhone purchased here. Rejected multiple times but kept getting offered deals until I caved, and was told I can cancel it online right away. Turns out I am unable to do so and have to now drive back to the store to cancel something I didn't even want.
