Over multiple conversation, the employees lied and misled me regarding the steps to cancel my account and proceeded to charge me. I get companies need to make money to survive, but robbing their customers is never the answer. When I called them on it, the “customer service” representative proceeded to gaslight me and blame me for the fact that I was charged despite having the phone records proving I have called them multiple times to fix the issue. Unless you have a bunch of extra money burning a hole in your pocket, I do not recommend buying from Best Buy.
