  Had an awful experience with their so called Genius Bar. They couldn’t fix this simple issue with my phone, blamed me, and kept mansplaining basic tech knowledge. It would’ve helped if the store wasn’t so dirty.

  I’m not typically someone who writes negative public reviews, but my experience here was extremely disappointing. I called regarding a cancelled order totaling over $4,000 and was simply trying to understand why I had never been informed that the order had been cancelled, and why it was cancelled. The payment did go through at the store. During the call, the manager abruptly hung up on me while I was asking reasonable questions. Before the hang up, I was told there was no explanation available as to why the order had been cancelled in the first place. To make matters worse, the manager was unable to pull up the order or assist in replacing it over the phone. The only solution offered was for me to drive over an hour back to the store to place the order again, which was incredibly inconvenient given the circumstances. No solution, other than this option, was offered. The manager was defensive from the get go. I also asked if an additional email address could be added to my account for delivery tracking purposes at the time of the original purchase, since I no longer have access to the email connected to my Apple ID. That request was denied as well. All we were trying to do was purchase two phones, yet the customer service we received was dismissive, unhelpful, and unprofessional. It’s very disappointing to be treated this way and it’s clear Apple is beyond the point of caring about customers and it’s quite apparent this store has no time to deal with inconveniences that are a direct result of their procedures and systems. I suggest supporting another tech store who appreciates the business.

  Hello, I visited your Apple Store today to purchase an iPhone, but I was very disappointed with the customer service. The staff member’s attitude was cold, dismissive, and unhelpful throughout the interaction. I felt ignored rather than supported as a customer. For such an important purchase, I expected professional and respectful service. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to improve future customer experiences.

  Yesterday we went into this store and were assisted by both Alen and Devon (and a bit by Atlanta). All of them were super helpful and guided us to what we needed (new iPhone 17). Alen also gave us some information about the Neo in comparison to the MacBook Air and iPad. He was super helpful and we really appreciated the things he gave us to think about. We went in again today knowing what we wanted and sadly to say the person (didn't get her name) who assisted us tried to sell us something that was not what we were advised by all the others yesterday - Did not appreciate her pushy attitude at all. Will go back when we know Alen or Devon are in.
