  I waited approximately 30 minutes before asking how much longer it would take to be served. I was then informed that the wait would be another 30 minutes. This was extremely frustrating and showed little consideration for customers' time. That lady was terrible

  Very bad attitude. I come and ask for a new phone under wireless. The lady logged in to my account and checked everything even the code was sent to my phone. But in the end, she said she can not give me because it's under my wife's name. I had her ID in my hand but she said need to call her. I tried to call her but she was busy at work. And the lady kicked me out of the store, saying that even if my wife picked up the phone I could not give you. She looks at me from top to bottom to judge. This is the first time I voted 1 star on Google Maps. Very disappointed and it killed my mood for the night. Nobody wants the new phone with these bad memories with it.

  Absolute worst customer service! Rude and hostile staff. My husband went to pick up a phone for a line on my account, provided my ID, and was met with total disrespect. The employees looked at him like a scammer, refused to help because our addresses on our IDs don't match, and changed their story mid-conversation—first telling him to call me, then saying it wouldn't matter anyway if I answered. To top it off, they practically kicked him out of the store instead of helping resolve the issue. Zero professionalism. Avoid this location! UPD: Following security policies is completely understandable, but telling a customer to leave the store and treating them with hostility is not. Safety measures are no excuse for being rude. My husband wasn't just denied a pickup—he was disrespected and kicked out. That is unacceptable under any policy

  I had an extremely disappointing experience with Best Buy associates Soham (Store Leader) and Dhruv (Store Associate). I completed a portability process at the store, and they offered me what they described as a cheaper plan. During the process, they informed me that I might receive a higher bill than expected on my first bill and assured me that any extra amount I was charged would be reimbursed by them. Unfortunately, I was charged extra not only on my first bill but also on my second bill. When I went back to the store to discuss the issue, Soham was extremely rude and told me not to come to the store and to call instead. I followed his instructions and called repeatedly—almost every other day—asking them to resolve the issue and requesting a callback. Despite my repeated attempts, neither Soham nor Dhruv ever called me back or resolved the issue. When I later asked about the promised reimbursement, my call was hung up on. I was not reimbursed for the additional charges as promised. Because the store failed to resolve the matter despite my repeated attempts, I ultimately had to contact the CCTS (Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services) to get help resolving my case. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I expected professional customer service and for the commitments made by the associates to be honoured. Instead, I was left to deal with the issue myself after repeatedly trying to get assistance. I hope Best Buy takes this complaint seriously, investigates what happened, and addresses both the billing/reimbursement issue and the unacceptable customer service I received.
