The employee's response was, "No, you have to buy it first, then try it." That makes no sense. No customer should be expected to spend hundreds of dollars on a watch without knowing how it fits first. If this is Best Buy's policy, it's a terrible one. If it wasn't the policy, then the employee clearly wasn't interested in helping. I came in prepared to make a purchase, but instead I left feeling like my business didn't matter. Customer service should be about helping customers make informed decisions, not telling them to buy first and ask questions later. I won't be returning if this is the level of service customers can expect.
