ChocoSol Traders is a Toronto-based craft chocolate maker specializing in small-batch, bean-to-bar dark chocolate made from direct-trade, ethically sourced cacao. Since 2006, we’ve transformed cacao from Indigenous communities in Oaxaca and Chiapas, Mexico into delicious, stone-ground chocolate using ecological methods like solar roasting and bicycle-powered grinders. All our chocolate is free from dairy, gluten, soy, and nuts, and made with simple, whole-food ingredients.
More than just chocolate makers, we are a social enterprise rooted in regenerative trade, food justice, and community education. Every bite of ChocoSol reflects our commitment to tradition, innovation, and building better food systems.
