  "Terrible customer service at this Best Buy Express location. I went in to purchase an item that was clearly available, but the manager refused to sell it to me, claiming it was 'reserved.' It was completely obvious that this was a lie. A manager should be there to help customers, not make up excuses to avoid making a sale. Incredibly unprofessional. I won’t be coming back to this location."

  In the app it appeared to me that they had equipment available, I traveled a long time, when I arrived at the store it was still displayed, I went to checkouts and when it was time to pay a seller approached to say that he could not sell it to me because it was separated.

  On the online page it said that they had stock of an item. When I got there I was and they were going to sell me, suddenly the manager told me that it could not be sold because it was "set aside" when it was not like that. The product is trending and they use them to resell them. 😪
