  The wait time to get someone to help you at this store is absolutely ridiculous. Waited 30 minutes and ask 5 workers to assist and all kept saying they were busy with a customer. I’d prefer to go to a different store next time,

  Had a great experience with Cruz at Best Buy. He was super helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through my options. He helped me set up a new phone plan with more data and also got me sorted out with internet. Made the whole process quick and easy and made sure I was getting a good deal. Definitely recommend asking for Cruz if you need help with your phone plan or internet!

  Warning to Future Customers’ I had a very disappointing experience at this Best Buy location. I went to the store to purchase one phone. However, when I received my bill by email, I was shocked to see unexpected charges. I contacted Best Buy customer service, and they confirmed that a second phone had been opened under my account. I don’t speak English well, and I believe my limited English made it difficult for me to fully understand the documents I was asked to sign. Please make sure you carefully review everything before signing and ask for language assistance if you need it. I have already reported this employee to Best Buy customer service, and I expect a full investigation. If this matter is not resolved, I will pursue all legal options available to me, including reporting the matter to the police if necessary. I am sharing my experience so that other customers can be more careful and avoid going through the same situation. Less than 20 days later, I received a bill for $407 for a phone I didn't buy and don't use. Why should I pay for it? I will give the information of the employee there to my lawyer. Best Buy store defrauded me. You can contact me to understand the situation and believe me.

  I went to the one at yorkdale to purchase a laptop for my cousin. I found one i enjoyed on the website and proceeded to ask a floor worker if they had it in stock. Their response was “why? do you want to buy it?”. The rest of the experience was matched with dirty looks, snarky remarks, and long wait times. don’t waste your time.
