  I had a great experience at Best Buy thanks to Biva. She was so kind, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. She took the time to explain everything and helped me choose the right product without any pressure. You can tell she really cares about her customers. Thank you for all your help!

  I was helped by Ms. Kashika Passi she was very helpful, resourceful, understanding, and patient. She answered same question more than 4 times with smiley face and different explanations. I am glad that she was the one to help me.

  About Best Buy. I had very bad experience on June 13. Luckily Saturday 2300 young st. There were two nice girls to meet me. I wanted to buy a laptop for my birthday on 17th After bla-bla-bla I picked one I liked. Apple. Then it’s started! Who is your provider? How much you pay? Get 100$ off to your new laptop! switch to bell. Tv and more! Much cheaper!! Feeling my soft side they started to to go pressing me again to switch to bell after all I wasn’t ready to think about it. After all I came back and buy a full price Lap top. I did forget my credit card.

  I had a wonderful experience at Best Buy Express at Yonge & Eglinton. Negin provided exceptional customer service! I was looking to buy a speaker and mentioned that I'm not very tech-savvy. She was incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful. She reassured me not to worry and even offered to help pair the speaker with my phone and set everything up for me. It's rare to find someone who is so kind and genuinely cares about helping customers. Thank you, Negin, for making the experience so easy and enjoyable. Excellent service and a great customer experience!
