  I tried to return a phone 1 week after purchase and was declined because the box was open. The manager of this store has no regard for customer service, nor best buy policies for that matter. Do not shop here.

  About this best buy it was not good I was gonan go buy an iPhone 17 pro my 13 year old son went to buy one and wanted to pay in full bht they refused to hand the phoke over unless there was an adult I am really disappointed cause the best buy did say only over 18 for monthly financing

  I went there several days ago. There was a girl that I saw her name on her tag, Kashika. I wanted to compare laptops, but she ignored me and didn't answer my questions and she didn't even try to help. She was rude to me and tried to force her opinion and tried to sell me things that I didn't ask for. And when I said no she showed attitude and almost yelled and left. Despite the fact that they had the laptop that I needed, I didn't buy it only because of the way she was talking. I was only there to get an expert's opinion but I am very disappointed. I just ordered that online. I won't walk in if I see her there.

  Had the worst experience at this store about a month ago. I went with my parents and we were not greeted by anyone although the staff were present in the store. We started looking around by ourselves and just as we were about to leave a sales person stopped us and shouted "what do you want", as if we were bothering her. We asked her for something and she responded as if she did not want to answer or be working that day. We're native french speakers so our english is limited and the person seemed like it was a bother to her when we asked her to repeat herself. I didn't catch her name but she had very long hair. Will definitely not go again if this is how they treat the customers!

She spent several hours helping me compare different options, explaining the pros and cons of each plan, and making sure I found a phone that actually fit my needs instead of simply recommending the most expensive option. She took the time to answer every question thoroughly and made what could have been a stressful decision feel easy and straightforward. Customer service like this is hard to find. Negin genuinely cares about her customers and goes above and beyond to make sure they leave confident in their purchase. If you’re visiting Best Buy and need help with a phone or mobile plan, I highly recommend asking for Negin. Thank you again for all of your time, patience, and exceptional service!
