  Zaid really helped me out at store 195. I bought a phone case and was baffled how it worked. Zaid had it apart and on my phone in less than a minute. Not only that, he noticed that I left my wallet on the counter and ran after me after I had left the store to return it. I will be grateful forever. I came back to buy a speaker and headphones and Dev helped me out right away. Service at this store is exceptional.

  This is the best BEST BUY EVER i went to buy an iPhone 17 pro max 256 gb as a 13 year old they were so polite and I paid full price 1900 for it amazing service quick I just got my phone amidietly it took 2 minutes to get my 17 handed to me would recommend

  Me & my family received excellent costumer service thanks to Negin! She assisted and served us throughout all issues and transactions. She explained everything we needed to know. She was very kind and accommodating too!

  I tried to return a phone 1 week after purchase and was declined because the box was open. The manager of this store has no regard for customer service, nor best buy policies for that matter. Do not shop here.

  I had an outstanding experience with Negin at Best Buy. Over the past week, I stopped in several times with questions while trying to decide on a new phone and phone plan. Negin was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. She spent several hours helping me compare different options, explaining the pros and cons of each plan, and making sure I found a phone that actually fit my needs instead of simply recommending the most expensive option. She took the time to answer every question thoroughly and made what could have been a stressful decision feel easy and straightforward. Customer service like this is hard to find. Negin genuinely cares about her customers and goes above and beyond to make sure they leave confident in their purchase.
