  I recently purchased a new iPhone from the beaches location. Kenny was very helpful in signing me up with Bell as my new provider as well as transferring all content from my old iPhone to my new phone. He explained everything in detail and was very knowledgeable about the transfer process and the new iPhone features. I recommend this location. Kenny and the store staff are very friendly and helpful.

  I’ve had such a great experience at Best Buy thanks to Kenny. He consistently goes above and beyond every time I’m there. Most recently, he helped me switch from Rogers to Bell and saved me a ton of money while helping me choose the best phone plan for my needs. He also helped me purchase a new phone and a pair of Apple AirPods, taking the time to explain the options without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. Kenny is knowledgeable, patient, honest and genuinely focused on helping customers find the right fit. Excellent customer service is hard to find these days, and Kenny is truly exceptional. Highly recommend seeking him out if you visit Best Buy!

  Stopped into the Best Buy Express on Queen Street in the Beaches just planning to pick up a new Apple TV, and ended up having such a great experience thanks to Kenny. From the moment we met him, he was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. What started as a quick purchase turned into Kenny helping my husband and I save hundreds of dollars on our current internet and phone plans. He also helped us switch to much better phones at a lower cost, which we honestly didn’t expect at all. He walked us through everything, set it all up seamlessly, and made the entire process completely stress-free. His personality and conversation made it feel more like chatting with a friend than dealing with customer service, which is rare. Kenny really personalized the whole experience and went above and beyond. Highly recommend stopping by to see him for any of your tech or gadget needs.

  I had such an outstanding experience with Kenny that I felt compelled to share just how exceptional his service was. From the moment I approached him for help with my iPhone upgrade, he went above and beyond in every possible way. Upgrading a phone can feel overwhelming with all the options and technical details, but Kenny made the entire process smooth, stress free, and actually enjoyable (for me, anyway!). What really stood out was his incredible patience and sense of humour. He took the time to walk me through every step, carefully explaining my options without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. No matter how many questions I asked… and there were quite a few (lol), he answered each one thoughtfully and thoroughly. He also kept things light and made me laugh, and engaged with me the entire time, which made a big difference in a process that takes quite a while. His customer service skills are truly top tier and it’s clear that he takes pride in helping customers and goes the extra mile to provide a great experience.
