  Came in to pick up a Switch 2. Mankirat was so friendly and helpful. She also helped me get a better phone plan and lowered my monthly payments significantly! She knows her job well and her customer service skills are impeccable. This store is very lucky to have such a wonderful person as Mankirat representing their company.

  I was very pleased shopping at Best Buy express downtown Toronto Thank you so much to my sales rep Mankirat. She is confident, knowledgeable and very helpful. I would surely recommend visiting, and ask for her when you do.

  Went to exchange my Gen 1 Meta glasses for the Gen 2 version just 4 days after buying them from this store. They refused saying it was against company policy. I then went to another Best Buy location and they processed the exchange immediately without any issues. What made the experience even more disappointing was that one associate asked Would you return the Gen 2 as well after 4 days? I wasn't trying to return the product I simply wanted to exchange it for a newer version within the return period.

  Awful service called for a receipt the girl on the phone was already dismissive and told me to try another store or Best Buy online as if I didn’t already try. Tells me they can’t retrieve it from their store but asks me to go to another store to retrieve it… why would I go to another store where I didn’t buy it??? 2 stars so it won’t be removed

  I needed to buy a charger urgently and rush to get on my train. I expressed this. Employee seemed helpful and polite enough. He goes into the backroom to get the charger model he recommended. I thank him for his help and decline the receipt (pretty standard I think for most customers). I get on the train, it doesn't work. Yay!! I just paid 60 bucks for a nonfunctional brick! No receipt to return it either! Just took a quick look at the other 1-star reviews and a number of them also mention faulty purchases, conflict with the return process or other issues. Very unfortunate. Hopefully this review helps other people in the future.
