Much better experiences visiting recently circa summer 2026 partly because did not experience high pressure suggesting of add on(s) like some previous visiting gave strong impressions of that before.

We were in a couple of weeks ago, and she helped us with something that required us to come back today for further assistance. She could not have been more friendly, helpful, and—most importantly—competent. What we needed was a bit convoluted, but she handled it with such ease and professionalism that she made the whole process feel completely effortless. We honestly have seldom experienced such a high level of customer service anywhere. This was genuinely one of the best customer service experiences we’ve ever had. She is an absolute superstar—the kind of employee every company hopes to have. We actually told her today that she should be in charge of the world—and honestly, we think it would be in a much better state if she were! We need more Lilys in the world. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Thanks for this change today and also thanks to sajid for the upcoming conversation we will be having now. ++ super clean washrooms. Last week: Pathetic customer service; no one attends the customer even after requesting i waited for more than 5mins. No value of customer time.Best buy in your dreams they dont have enough customer associates and keep there stuff locked. Lets call it an electronics Mueseum
