  I went in today to buy a monitor, first trying to find someone to help me is nearly impossible, 3 employees were standing near the main doors just talking to each other, and when I actually get someone to assist me there not very helpful and when I asked for the managers assistance he made it seem like it impossible to talk to them, I would rather go to Canada computers to buy electronics at least they have better customer service and way more one on one hands on to the customer there

  This is the second time I have been disappointed in the service from this location. The lack of customer service is beyond understandable. I went in to buy a second laptop and it took the clerk that attended to me 45 mins to find it due to the fact that he stopped to talk to his fellow associate. They were laughing and having a great old time instead of finding my product. When I got to the service counter I wanted to use my Fairstone account and was not told that I could avoid fees if I paid it in 3 months being a small purchase this was doable. Someone’s phone was connected to the speaker and very time the moved the volume got louder to the point of it being annoying. Now this is the best part I called to lodge a complaint with the customer service line and they said the manager would call me to address this. It’s been around 5 days no call. I had a similar situation the first time and the manager assured me that I would be given preferential pricing when I went in he was nowhere to be found. I am so fed up with the lack of customer care in these large establishments. being a business owner I go above and beyond for my clients This is disappointing and very upsetting No one cares enough to do anything about it not their head office or their management team. Avoid this location it’s a mess.

  Brought my computer in for a reinstallation of windows and they quoted me $250 for a new motherboard. Tried to call to follow up in which no one answered for days. Finally they called me back addressing their mistake and saying they forgot a setting and could not install windows, they fix it and say I can pick it up. Got home and realized they almost completely ignored the setup sheet (where you choose your pre-installed apps and user name). For many apps they just made a internet shortcut to the app website and for others the apps just wouldn't open and i had to re-install them. And to top it off the included service summary PDF was left completely blank. I had to pay a $200 membership fee for this. Extremely Unprofessional, Lazy, and Unqualified. If you have an issue with your computer. DO NOT BRING IT HERE. do your research and find a local shop that can have you and your computer out the door the same day. If you have a warranty at best buy drive to a different one.

  I’d give the service offered by Sajed more than 5 stars, he was welcoming, patient and offered so many choices to help us buy a phone; he even helped in data transfer. Amazing service! Thank you!!

  Today we went to the bestbuy at st clair and keele we wanted to buy a washer and dryer and was waiting for someone to help assist us . No body came at all for over 25 minutes , one employee said he would call someone but nobody came we got fed up waiting and left , on the way out we told an employee hanging around the front door , he apologised , we apologised too . You guys lost what could of been a 2,500,00 sale . We went across the road to HOME DEPOT and were served right away .
