The website guided my to be prepared for the store visit, telling me to speak to a staff member in a blue shirt. When I approach the customer service desk, I patiently wait until I'm called forward. I begin to tell the cashier I'm interested in the information I was there seeking. Her immediate facial reaction was one of almost horror. She replied to me by asking what model of phone I had. I told her an iPhone 14 Pro Max, and when I tell you this girl looked as if I had rudely offended her. Barely even taking the time to discuss how the process works she shut me down and wrapped up our interaction. Staff everywhere struggle to show up for work, but staff need to be reminded they are at work to provide a service, and if they'd rather not help customers the business should evaluate the staff they hire.
