    Very bad experience dont buy here.The clerk assured me that the product would arrive within three days. And they knew that I wouldn't be in Toronto on Saturday, yet they still assured me that it would arrive this week. Then the heat wave had passed, and I wasn't in Toronto anymore, and the AC hadn't arrived either. They then said it wasn't their fault, it was the courier's problem. The online order couldn't be cancelled and cant picked up at the store. They said cannot be cancel and returned. Their staff lacked training and the after-sales service was extremely poor. Clearly it was their fault, but the clerk rudely refuted me. The experience was extremely bad. Next time, I'll go to Costco instead, it's better than here. I will not come here to buy any thighs again🤯😡🥵🤮🙄 Best Buy??? Worst Buy!!!👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

    Shipped an open-box laptop as brand new, and the charging cable was missing. Worst experience and customer service I’ve ever had. I made four visits to the store, and my issue was never resolved. I work in the music industry, and this cost me two important opportunities. Since the laptop always had to stay plugged in, it eventually stopped charging altogether. I couldn’t access my data when I needed it for work. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Adding I’ve been calling them now for 5 days they say 24 hours and nobody called when I call to follow up the line usually get disconnected when I ask them when somebody going to call me and they never call back I wonder how all the staff has the same customer service level . Hung up on your customers without resolving and giving misleading informations every single call. And even the review nobody checked it . I don’t recommend Best Buy as after sales service is a nightmare

    The girl at customer service was really nice. I didn’t get her name, but she was polite and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, my experience at checkout was the opposite. The cashier’s receipt says “Anna” (I’m not sure if that was actually her name), but she came across as rude and arrogant for no apparent reason. I understand everyone has bad days, but I work in customer service too, and I never take my frustration out on customers. Even a simple smile or a friendly attitude can make a big difference. I hope she has a better day, but I also hope future customers receive a warmer experience.

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently visited the Best Buy store in downtown Toronto and had an excellent experience. I would like to thank Suj Krishnadasan (Store Manager) and Rahul Sunil (Store Advisor) for their outstanding customer service. Both were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping us. They took the time to answer all our questions, provided honest advice, and made sure we found the best solution for our needs. Their patience, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across such exceptional customer care, and their dedication truly stood out. Thank you, Rahul and Suj, for making our visit such a positive one.     Last year in April, I came to the store to cancel my membership. I don’t remember the name of the employee, but they told me that the membership had been canceled. I also asked another employee if there was anything else I needed to do, and they told me that no further action was required. Because I trusted their information, I did not follow up or check again. However, today, when I reviewed my bank statement, I discovered that charges had continued to be taken from my account all this time. This morning, I spoke with customer service, and they advised me to visit the branch in person. I then went to the Eaton Centre Best Buy location. The employees Siraj and Ilyas explained the situation to me very clearly and genuinely tried to help. I am very happy that I had the opportunity to speak with them. They were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to assist me. I will be giving a low rating because of the employee I spoke with last April regarding the cancellation. Due to their mistake, money continued to be withdrawn from my account for months. I would like to sincerely thank Siraj and Ilyas for their kindness, positive attitude, and exceptional customer service today. Their help is greatly appreciated. Thank you for helping Mr. Ilyas and Mr. Siraj 🙏🏻
