  Was looking for a laptop, Batul was a great help and definitely knowledgable in the products. Can come with any questions. Personnel is actually coming up and asking if you need help compare it to Eaton center location where mostly they are lazy.

  Excellent service and outstanding knowledge of their products. The store manager and the laptop sales agent was very helpful and offered me a few options for a laptop for my daughter and I. I highly recommend this location

  I went to Best Buy because my key fob wasn’t working and I needed to change the battery. Ronnie was so nice and helpful. He went out of his way to look for the battery, then went again to find a screwdriver so he could help me. He really took the time to help me, and I really appreciated it. It was such a simple thing, but his kindness and attitude really stood out to me. He didn’t just point me in the right direction — he actually went and looked for the things I needed. People like Ronnie make such a difference in customer service. I really hope management recognizes what a great employee they have. Thank you, Ronnie, for being so helpful and kind!
