- LLLaris04 days ago1.0Worst experience ever. Gave my laptop for repair 2 times each time some issue didnt get fixed. In 2 months my laptop was kept 1 month in repair progress. Then they told me you can return it and get another one which made me spend another 150$ when i didnt even have a need for a new one if they had fixed it. Fast forward to today, I was told I will get my laptop by sunday max. I try to contact them and there is no way over phone so i go there in person. They tell me they couldnt do the data transfer in 3 days and they need 24 to 48 hours more. I told them give me tje old laptop and i can upload my files to cloud in 30 min and be done. They tell me oh no we cant do that, We need to waste another 48 hours! What a great geeksquad experience. I wont ever come to this branch after I get my new laptop

Proceeded to stand around in store with not an employee in sight. Took my sunglasses and headphones off to make it clear I wanted to speak to someone and stood by the product I wanted to buy. The only employee I glimpsed was the back of the head of the guy who walked around me, ignored my existence, picked up a clipboard and presumably disappeared to where ever all the other sales associates were, too. Last time I'll bother going to a best buy.
