  I recently visited this Best Buy location to purchase a camera and wanted some guidance before buying. I had questions about the available bundles, storage options, payment offers, and whether Klarna was supported. Unfortunately, my experience with Sergio (associate) was disappointing. He seemed impatient throughout the interaction and didn’t appear interested in helping me understand the products or options available in store. I was mainly looking for proper assistance since cameras are a bigger purchase and naturally come with questions, especially around accessories like SD cards. What frustrated me most was that I was told to wait at the billing counter while he got the camera, but there was no effort to help me pick an SD card at the same time, even though the camera obviously requires one. I ended up having to complete two separate purchase steps, which wasted extra time and made the whole experience feel unorganized. Customer service should make customers feel comfortable asking questions, especially when making expensive tech purchases. I left feeling unsupported and unwelcome, which was disappointing considering I came in genuinely excited to buy.

  Never buying from BestBuy again. Product came broken and defective. They now don't want to refund me. Total scam. Never trust a best buy employee.

  My go-to place when I need any electronics! The staff are friendly & helpful! Wonderful place if you want suggestions when building a pc! On my recent visit, I was assisted by Aditya and thanks to his knowledge & recommendations, I was able to find what I need and saved myself from buying incompatible parts for my laptop! Definitely recommend!

  I had a great experience at this store. Thanks to the employer, Tushar who assisted me in choosing a new computer comparable to the one I had along with the best plan to suit my needs. He was extremely knowledgeable, calm and professional, with a friendly and approachable personality that made the whole process easy and comfortable. I never felt rushed, and he was genuinely happy to help. He also transferred everything from my old computer to the new one seamlessly—nothing was missed—which made the whole experience even more stress free. I left the store feeling confident in my purchase and truly grateful for Tushar’s excellent service. I highly recommend him. Thank you Tushar!
