- MBMario BMay 12, 20261.0Went to Apple Sherway Gardens on a Tuesday midday when there was basically nobody in the mall, just to get an Apple Watch connected to an iPhone, and was told there would be a two-hour wait to speak to a technician. Two hours for someone to connect a watch to a phone is ridiculous. It honestly felt like they wanted us to say “no thanks” and walk away. Either the wait times being quoted aren’t accurate, or there’s serious incompetence in how this location is being managed. For a company like Apple, the experience was surprisingly poor.
