  I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding the egregious level of unprofessionalism I experienced at this location. On Saturday, October 3rd, a store associate assured us that no appointment was necessary for a warranty phone repair. However, when we returned the following morning (Sunday, October 4th, around 11:00 AM), we encountered an employee named Chris. While the discrepancy in store policy was frustrating, what was far more concerning was Chris's condescending attitude and differential treatment, which felt uncomfortably like racial profiling. Despite what we were told the day prior, he insisted on forcing an appointment. When we returned at 2:30 PM as scheduled, we were still forced to wait an additional hour. Such poor treatment is entirely unprecedented and falls far below the standard of customer care we expected from Apple. I hope store management addresses this egregious behavior promptly. In the end Dan helped us 5 star to you man.

  I don’t know why the people there, especially the woman who seemed to be the manager and whom I asked about the iPhone display date, hate customers so much. They aren’t just reluctant to help or dismissive when answering questions. They seem deeply bothered by and contemptuous of your sheer presence in the store. It’s not that they have good days and bad days. It’s that they have moments when they’re able to hide and control their contempt, and moments when it’s on full display.

  They’ve slipped. Some advisers are very good; others, much less so. One advisor told me that a two-year-old iPhone with 89% battery health wouldn’t need a new battery for another five years — yes, five years — and then proceeded to criticize a competitor, which I found unprofessional. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time this particular advisor has given me misleading or incorrect information. They also seem chronically understaffed, and wait times, even with an appointment, are much longer than they should be. More broadly, this feels like a chronically poorly run location, with inconsistent service and expertise that simply aren’t up to the standard I expect from Apple.

  I've never been to a store where I showed up told them exactly what I wanted was made to wait 20 minutes. Even though I said I just wanted to buy it and go and yet they still kept making me go to different people and wait, this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I'm not sure why anybody would ever purchase an apple product with this kind of customer service.

  We had such a great experience at the Apple Store at Sherway Gardens! Clive was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything to us proactively, even the things we hadn’t thought to ask about, which made the whole process of choosing our iPhones so much easier. He was patient, professional, and genuinely wanted to make sure we made the right choice. We also had a great experience with Nate, who helped us with the pickup of one of our iPhones that we had ordered online. He was very friendly, professional, and helpful as well. We left the store 100% satisfied and really appreciate the excellent customer service from both Clive and Nate. Thank you for making our experience so smooth and enjoyable!
