  This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The employee was arrogant, dismissive, and completely incompetent. He confidently gave false information about Apple’s warranty policy, wasted my time, and refused to acknowledge his mistake even after my AppleCare coverage was clearly verified. It’s embarrassing that Apple allows employees with such poor product knowledge and such an unprofessional attitude to represent its brand. Some things going wrong in this location 3.8 wowow look no one care !

  The staff here is so nice, friendly, professional and helpful. They helped save my Mac!! A huge shout out to the Jeralee, Fatima, the manager Yvonne and all the technicians. Thank you so so much!!!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (for the employees who helped) / ⭐⭐ (for the manager interaction) I visited the Apple Store at Sherway Gardens with the intention of purchasing a MacBook for my daughter through the Apple Education program. An older gentleman was patiently helping me navigate the education site and answering my questions. While we were still working through the process, a manager named Yvonne approached us, told him to assist another customer, and then walked away. I was honestly shocked and felt completely dismissed. As a customer who was ready to make a significant purchase, it left me wondering if my time and business mattered. The interaction made me feel unwelcome, and I was so disappointed that I left the store and contacted Apple Customer Service to share my experience. Thankfully, my evening was turned around by two outstanding employees: a young gentleman whose name I unfortunately didn't catch, and Caesar. They treated me with respect, took the time to help me, and provided the level of customer service I had expected when I first entered the store. Their professionalism, patience, and kindness completely changed my experience. While my interaction with management was disappointing, I want to recognize Caesar and the other employee for going above and beyond. They reminded me what great customer service looks like and ultimately saved the night. Thank you both.

  large and well-maintained mall with a great selection of stores, ranging from luxury brands to more affordable retailers. The mall is clean, modern, and pleasant to walk around. One downside is that the vegan dining options are quite limited. While there are plenty of places to eat, finding substantial vegan meals can be challenging.

  I have been visiting Apple Sherway for years and have always had good experiences, but this visit was especially memorable. I came in regarding an iPhone that I had purchased several weeks earlier as a gift for my mother. Even though I was outside the regular return period, the Store Manager took the time to listen to my situation and discuss the available options. What impressed me most was the level of professionalism and genuine willingness to help. The manager was patient, understanding, and focused on finding the best possible solution rather than simply referring to store policies. The entire interaction felt respectful and customer-focused. The store itself was well organized, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. Experiences like this are the reason I continue to shop at Apple Sherway. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask the Store Manager’s name, but I visited the store on June 20, 2026, at approximately 1:00 PM, and I hope this helps identify the individual who assisted me. A big thank you to the manager and the entire team for going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
