  The sales rep made a mistake of delivering the right product, when i complained even the manager/supervisor didn’t even have the courtesy to speak to us! We also waited for the longest time for a technician to come! The lady kept saying “a few more minutes” and we ended up waiting an hour! Customer service needs more training and so are staff!

  Dishonest and unprofessional staff — absolute disappointment!” I purchased AirPods and only the right earbud was not working. Instead of helping me honestly, the staff tried to convince me that the LEFT earbud was the problem — clearly trying to get me to buy an additional earbud I didn’t need. This was completely dishonest and manipulative. On another visit, I purchased an Apple Pencil and not a single employee offered any guidance, tips, or information on how to use it. They just handed it over and walked away. These employees do not care about Apple’s reputation, they do not care about their customers, and they show zero professionalism or cooperation. This is truly embarrassing for a brand like Apple. I expected so much better. Shame on this store!

  The service attitude is so bad from top to down. That shop manager said I am the store manager, but with very limited customer service experience and Apple system knowledge. I told her, I need cancel my order then. She even had no clue how to cancel until she could go inside to find a technician. I will not definitely shop never ever again in Apple CF Fairview.
