- KRKeith Rojik4 days ago1.0UPDATE: Still receiving the absolute worst service trying to resolve this. Best Buy will not make your warranty claim easy or smooth! Different information from each person I talk to. What a terrible establishment. Probably the worst customer service received when dealing with a warranty issue. Purchased my Google phone from here, assured that warranty will cover anything and that i'll be taken care of at the time of purchase. When i brought my phone in with a power-on issue, literally nothing was done at site. Had to file my own claim, was told i'd have a new phone shipped out in 2-3 business days and had to purchase a phone to use in the meantime - no phone could be given to me at the store. When i filed the claim, I was then told I would have to wait 5-7 business days for a replacement device to ship. Why sell warranty when the consumer has to purchase a phone to use while they wait 2-3 weeks to receive a replacement. Not acceptable. Will not be spending any money at Best Buy in the future - go somewhere else.
