  Stood around for 20 minutes today with zero help in site. I saw staff standing around talking with each other or on their phones… I went next door to Staples and bought a new Mac from Ayush. Ayush was very knowledgeable and didn’t try to oversell me. Thanks for the help. Best Buy, just in case I forget to post this on the Staples website can you walk next-door and show them this? Thanks

  Everytime I go into shop here there are groups of people standing around talking and playing on their phones. The music is absolutely blaring loud to the point you have to yell to be heard. Honestly dont understand why people still shop here. Asked a manager for some assistance and they seemed as useless as the rest of the staff. "Everyone is busy it will be a few mins" yeah ok. I can clearly see people just on their phone. Finally go to customer service to see if maybe they can help and thankfully they were able to assist me. Something as simple as buying a new phone cable shouldnt take me 30 mins to get help. On the way out the same manager I asked for help was ironically on her phone at the exit and didnt even acknowledge me leaving. Great example for your staff no wonder no one wants to do anything. It used to be a great place to shop but it seems the workers have no interest to do anything. By my experience with the female manager with the chip on her shoulder I can understand why.

  Monday the 25th of May, Shruti went above and beyond to help me get my new phone up and running after I was pickpocketed a couple days before. I was getting the run around from 4 other stores/phone providers who's employees ended up giving me misinformation and no assistance with even just the outright PURCHASE of a phone. What I thought would be quick and easy to put behind me, ended up being quite messy. Shruti will never truly know the impact she made on me that day. She truly made sure I was taken care of and took on the walls that were being put in my way. Not to be hyperbolic, but I left the store with a whole new look on the BestBuy Brand as a whole. From now on it'll be my 1st stop, not my 5th.
