    Terrible, tv purchased DID NOT include the stand or remote control, so dissapointing. I worked with Associate Name Shakil and his and his supervisor stated that they are meticulous in their packing, they LIED straight to my face. I am beyond disappointed with their service and this tV was nowhere near cheap. Can't even use it without these basic things.

    Ich musste ein Spezialstecker für den Starlink Mini haben. Mein Problem ich konnte es nicht im Internet bestellen, weil ich mit dem Wohnmobil durch Kanada Reise und daher keine Adresse. Hier im Best Buy wurde ich gut beraten und konnte dann auf meinem Namen bestellen und in den Store liefern lassen. Herzlichen Dank allen beteiligten Personen. Sehr freundliches Personal.
