The staff had no welcoming attitude or smile, and instead of making us feel comfortable, they were discussing right in front of us about who should assist us, saying things like, “They were with you before, you take them,” while the other person replied, “No, no, you take them.” It was uncomfortable and unprofessional to witness. We came to Best Buy expecting basic courtesy and assistance, but the experience made us feel unwelcome, as if helping us was a burden. Definitely not the customer service experience we expected.

- EEEJSep 14, 20261.0The customer service is great but when I know what I want to get they never have the product available and they said they don't even have any for delivery but as soon as I check the internet it says they have some for delivery that I can order that day the guy was very rude about it and they looked up the wrong product multiple times and when I told him that I needed an aM4 motherboard he brought me he brought me an aM5 motherboard which is the most expensive motherboard going for right now
