    I purchased a pair of headphones and returned them the next day due to an issue with the ear bud not feeling secured in my ear. The employee was reluctant to do the return despite there being a 30 day policy for full refunds claiming they are considered a worn item and that it only warranted an exchange. But then proceeded to give me my money back after further discussion about the policies. This place has to have the absolute worst customer service I have ever come across in all of my experiences with retail. Do yourself a favour do not shop here, I would advise giving your business to anywhere but Best Buy

    Hi, I recently visited your store and was casually filming some shopping clips on my phone for a personal vlog. One of the employees informed me that permission was needed for filming, which I understand and respect. However, the way it was communicated felt unnecessarily rude and made me uncomfortable as a customer. I also purchased a drone from your store that same day and have been a regular Best Buy customer for a long time. Because of this experience, I honestly felt disappointed and unwelcome. It made me question whether I would want to recommend the store to others or even visit again in the future. I believe customers should be treated respectfully while explaining store policies. I hope this feedback helps improve future customer interactions. Thank you.

    I waited approximately 15 minutes to speak with a sales representative in the Apple products section. The associate—an older white male with short hair and a man bun—was engaged in a personal conversation and made no effort to acknowledge me. Despite multiple attempts to get his attention, he showed no interest in assisting me. I came in prepared to purchase a replacement iMac and iPad, but this experience has completely changed my mind. Best Buy has lost a customer. The customer service at this location is unacceptable, and the staff demonstrated a clear lack of care for customers.

    You would think after buying 7000$ worth of appliances they would let you pick the delivery date. Not unreasonable considering the associate told us we'd get the option two days before delivery. Nope, a day before were told when its being delivered. Call in to ask about picking a time, told rudely no. Additional charges to install washer/dryer pedestals. Never mentioned at time of purchase, opposite in fact. Was told all installation is included in the cost of purchase. Are these two different companies? I'd be giving 1 star but our associate was fantastic. She's literally the only reason we bought anything ans she saved this review from being 100% negative. I was tempted to return the entire purchase Im that petty.
