  This review is specific to Sarah in the TV department. Sarah is knowledgeable, professional and wonderfully approachable. After buying our first TV based on her recommendations almost a year ago and being completely happy with the purchase, we found ourselves in the market for a second TV under different circumstances. After an initial research effort, we specifically headed to BestBuy to see if she was still working there and could answer our questions again. We were lucky enough that she was working at the time. She offered options and recommendations, and we are once again very happy with her service. I would highly recommend seeking her out if you are in the market for a new TV. She is a delight.

  I’ve been at this location twice now. Last week came to buy a Mac laptop and the wait for someone to come help us was long. Then a few days later came to pick it up. I’ve been standing at the pick up counter for 15 minutes now. Talked to 2 different people to get someone here. They said sure no problem. Still haven’t seen anyone here. Where’s the staff? There should be someone at this desk at all times!!!!! Very frustrated right now as I have things to do. This was supposed to be in and out. I’m not very happy and I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for service.

  Too much to choose from. Lots of staff standing around talking to each other not helping customers. I walked by a few associates before someone actually asked if I needed help. The gentleman that helped me was fantastic and knew where to find exactly what I was looking for. Good experience other than the optics of staff having nothing to do. 🤷🏼 Again, two of the three fellas I dealt with were great and the cashier was ok.

  I had a great experience at Best Buy today, thanks to Himen. The store was having a technical issue with the payment system, and even after the store had closed, he stayed behind to help and make sure everything was taken care of. He was very humble, patient, and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I really appreciate his dedication and excellent customer service. Thank you so much, Himen, for going above and beyond!

  MY EXPERIENCE IS VERY BAD was very disappointing. I paid about $4,000 in cash for a computer because I wanted an Intel Core i9/Ultra 9 processor, but the computer I received had an Intel Core i7 processor instead. I requested a refund because I did not receive the computer I paid for, but I did not get my money back immediately. I paid cash because I was told there was a problem with my card limit, and the whole process became very stressful. I also purchased a protection plan, but I had problems with the exchange and service. The customer service was very frustrating, and I felt I was not treated with the respect I expected for such a large purchase. Please be careful when buying an expensive computer. Check the processor, model, receipt, price, and protection plan details carefully before leaving the store
