Crystal and Gee were extremely helpful and understanding of the situation and even matched the price I originally bought the tv for 3 weeks ago when it was online. Thank you again Crystal and Gee for helping solve a frustrating situation.
- LLLukasSep 27, 20261.0Was looking at laptops for high school with a budget of around 1000 dollars and I tell them I might need to use CAD a type of 3d generation software school rolls around and I’m trying to use said software and my computer is struggling after doing some research I find that my laptop has integrated graphics not a standalone graphics card which is not what they sold us on and for the price of 1200 dollars it most certainly should of had one
- ALAlex LeslieSep 24, 20261.0Their customer service phone number listed on Google for this location only goes to a call centre that says they only deal with online orders they said there is no way to contact the store directly. They said I had to go into the store even though I currently am unable to go there. I got the ASUS Vivobook Go 15 15.6" Laptop and it is brand new yet gets choppy on video calls and freezes unless you turn your camera off. I never had that issue with my old computer which was older than this one. It’s a rip off and I expect my money back on this. This review unfortunately is the only way to actually contact the store
