I told him I needed something that would print and scan, and that was simple (nothing fancy). He found me an HP printer that came with ink and that ended up being on sale for $70 off. Unfortunately, I did not get his name (he was wearing glasses), but he was great and helped me find the printer paper I was looking for! This guy knows how to treat customers!

At first I didnt have a good experience with Geek Manager. But after speaking with management at Best Buy I received a call from the manager Sandra and she was so attentive, helpful and offered to help with either repairing the laptop or buying a new one. Few days ago the assistant manager Akshat was was extraordinary. I was able to buy a new laptop eith his help and was compensated. Akshay was exceptional and has high customer service skills Thank you

For example, timeline for delivery or refund with the response " things take time" - That would have been part of communicating a realistic time line. After discussion - and Before refund - So, you want to buy a bigger fridge? Maybe I will see the humour in this debacle in the future. The scenario is prime for comedy. This new business model is not going to help

Not only did he greet me when I came and remembered my name he had all the items ready for me at the front and personally loaded it into my car. Tyler is part of the reason I go to stores and not just buy stuff online. They need to give that guy a raise!
