- KIKit IringanAug 12, 20261.0Came on this store to exchange a product I bought yesterday. Unluckily, the product I got yesterday was defective so I need to exchange it with the same product. The guy (wearing white blue jays shirt and black lanyard) who is on the counter today, August 12th, said that I will be paying additional $8 for the same product as it is not on sale already. I explained to him that the product I got was defective and I would just like an exchange but he said he can’t do that. This is beyond reasonable considering I travelled 1 hour just to have it exchanged. I literally got it yesterday, not even 24 hrs have passed. If only I can give 0 star.

Zaid was very helpful in helping me to fix the problem. He understood the problem quickly and checked the manual and we trialed the solution. I now understand how the ear buds function in order to pick up calls. He was professional and quick.
