- RGronald gomesOct 1, 20262.0Bought their protection plan and not getting the work done . They have only one repair provider and they don’t want to give me the time slot I booked for ( time slot was given by them ). Now best buy is saying we can’t do anything. Such a scam and worst service.

I sent the reminder email but their customer support did not respond me back in written diagnosis of compressor failure of the brand new refrigerator which was purchased 4 years ago including the best protection plan after paying hefty money.i am also not sure on the product quality as older fridge in same house is still working fine which is about 13 year old but brand new one got compressor failure.

After another employee started the process, I was told approximately 30 minutes. I paid at 12:13 PM. At 2:20 PM, the transfer was still not complete, and I had to leave. I understand that technical processes can take longer. But I am not the technician—the employees are. If the process could take several hours, that should have been explained before taking my $45 payment. What disappointed me even more was their lack of effort to help when I needed to make an urgent phone call. I was simply told their phones were not working. Only after I complained did they reluctantly help me make the call. This was not just a technical delay; it was a customer-service failure. Customer satisfaction should be part of the service, not an afterthought.
