  This Best Buy location near Scarborough Town Centre is mid-sized and carries a variety of products inside the store. There are some items that can be bought for much less elsewhere, such as phone cases and other accessories. The actual electronics selection online is huge and it claims to promise the lowest price compared to major competitors. If the store has the product in stock, picking up from an online purchase is fast.

  Never buy anything through their "market place" (3rd party sellers)! Bestbuy would give ZERO support! Went (15 Aug) to return a laptop purchased through their market place. Customer service lady told us to go to the "GEEK SQUD" desk since it has 2 year warranty. Go there and the GS desk comes back and says " you will have to pay $200 to diagnose" . When asked about the warranty? They took me back to CS, just to discover that Bestbuy DO NOT support warranty from 3rd party vendors. Bestbuy do not have contact number for these vendors but just an email. Basically, Bestbuy just make commissions off of these vendors and provide with absolutely ZERO support PLUS left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. These staff members needs proper training ! Never again would buy anything from Bestbuy! Better off going to the FLEA MARKET ...because.. its the same.. no warranty...no proper customer service.. but..at least you would a bargain!

  Shopping at best buy at this location was excellent, as we were confused to purchase the portable AC, a sales person named Inait helped us in taking a decision as he explained each and every aspects of some portable AC which helped in purchasing a particular AC, thank you very much, and in future if we want to buy any products from best buy we will reach Mr. Inait.👌👌

  I bought a laptop and it was fine, but the device was not as I wanted. I came to return it and one of the male employees convinced me and I don't want it. He said I can't return it. I work software. I said well because of my weak language. I told him to show me how. He thought I was stupid. He wants me to update all the programs to delay the return process and drain the trial period. This is not good and unacceptable The store is good and their treatment is the utmost respect, but the employee's behavior with me was not as it should be

  I went with my family to buy Tab for my son, we are fortunate enough to meet this gentleman Heshan who as absolute amazing to deal with ,he went through the entire process with loads of patience his customer service went above and beyond, thank you somuch Heshan.
