    Alot of consumer devices here are way too expensive. Also their website is pretty bad; won't let you filter by "In stock at my store" which is an essential function. The website has too many "online only" products, and you can't filter them out. You should not be displaying anything you don't physically have at any of your locations... that is borderline false advertising.

    Extremely disappointing experience at Best Buy. We went in to resolve an issue that was clearly their mistake, but the store manager, Jared, was shockingly disrespectful. He kept interrupting us, raised his voice on the phone, and showed zero willingness to listen or help. It was frustrating and honestly one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve had anywhere in Canada. Ive lost a total of $700 cause of this. Based on this alone, we won’t be returning. I do want to add that the associates were very friendly and kind. As a manager, Jared was by far the worst part of the entire interaction.

    Bought a USB Drive from this store, that turned out to be defective!!! While paying for the drive, they said the about the 30 day return policy, but on the receipt it's mentioned 'cannot return once opened'! Also they argued that the drive overheating is "normal" and the transfer speed is normal for the USB 3.0😆 If anyone is thinking of buying such item, especially lower prices item, PREPARED TO BE DISAPPOINTED.
