  Poor experience shopping at this Best Buy. The staff was inattentive, and even the one sales staff we talked to for a purchase seemed very disinterested in providing much information about a $1,000+ product we wanted to buy. I suggest the staff needs more training on how to help out customers.

  Best buy over the yeas has let me down time and time again. They seem to struggle with stock and prices always seem off.

  Alot of consumer devices here are way too expensive. Also their website is pretty bad; won't let you filter by "In stock at my store" which is an essential function. The website has too many "online only" products, and you can't filter them out. You should not be displaying anything you don't physically have at any of your locations... that is borderline false advertising.
