  I have found the best deals on appliances here for both my home and my rentals for years. Recently I went in with my mom who had a million questions about t.vs and the sales staff were so patient and helpful. She ended up in her regular fashion asking for deals when we were forwarded to the manager. Who went way above and beyond to find her the best tv at the price point she was happy with. The dynamic between. Sales staff customer and management was so seamless and kind I guess would be the best word for it. Great staff thank you

  Be careful with this financing through Fairstone Financial Inc. A laptop priced at $999.99 is advertised at $23.61/month for 36 months = $849.96, plus a $129.99 fee, totaling $979.95 before tax. It’s already about 98% of the laptop’s full price!!! Yet after 3 years, you may still have to return it, trade it in, or pay an additional “Keep-it Tech Amount” to own it. The fine print also mentions 31.99% APR. Always calculate the total cost before signing.

  I recently renovated my kitchen. I bought my appliances at best buy. Justin provided me with excellent service. My fridge didn't fit and Justin went above and beyond to help me. He searched and searched to find one that would fit. Others tried to help but none were as patient and compassionate as Justin. Such a great asset to Best Buy. In the long run, the fridge ended up fitting. I buy all my electronics and printers and cameras at best buy. I love best buy. Justin is a big part of me shopping there.

  I've stopped trying to buy things here. It doesnt matter what you're looking for, its not in stock. If you only stock the absolute bare minimum, is there any point in having a physical store front? They'll sell you speakers (not the ones you originally wanted but whatever they have in stock) and not stock the banana plugs for the wires to connect them properly. After explaining to the employee what a banana plug was, I decided im done even trying here and bought elsewhere.
