  Terrible customer service, lady at the front counter was rude from the minute I walked in and rude again when I was brought back up from an employee. They did their best to try and walk me out the door when I was ready to buy something. You would think with a dying breed of store the customer service would be outstanding to stay in business but it's not the case for this location.

  Asked Jordan in cell phone section to help me out. Within 5 min he and Geek squad fixed my problem I had tried for a month to fix. Thanks guys

  I bought a new cell phone and new cover from best buy costing me about 300.00. I did this cause they sell the only compatible phones for cogeco I think this is a scam best buy on line says they Don t charge extra to transfer data and such from your old phone to the new phone. Beware they DOOO. 45.16 is their costs to help you with a phone you bought from them They also didn't t load in galaxy store which the phone needs a customer in line came up and made me aware of this, infact he entered what he new my new phone would need. If I could return it all I would. I will never buy from best buy again. Money grab is who they are. I didn't t even get a charger for the phone ,it was extra, You get a cord
